Here's a quick process to help you get to the root of what is holding you back.

Here's a simple process to help you find some clarity:  

Close your eyes. Imagine you are in a room with a group of people. This group is a mixture of friends, family members and clients. You walk into the room and stand in front of them while holding a sign that says:

" I am living my life purpose! And I am now increasing my prices 50%!!"  

Notice what happens next.

What emotions do you feel? 
What is the reaction from the audience?

Pay close attention to the story that emerges. As you identify these emotions and responses write them down.


What feelings arrive in your body? What negative responses emerged as you declared your big income goals?  

Congratulations!

What you have identified are the mental/emotional blockages that are limiting your clarity and earning potential.


You have just discovered what is actually holding you back!!!


Now that you've identified the emotions that are keeping you stuck, I want you to recognize what this is costing you.  

How much have these limiting beliefs sabotaged your success?
How long have they been holding you back?
How much will this story of lack continue to cost you if it doesn't change?


The truth is, these limiting beliefs and emotions have been costing you far more than you are even aware of.
