This Week's Intention: Before you can navigate the choppy waters like a pro, you must learn how to surf the endless waves. Do you want more details about the effects of this Moon cycle on your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well being? Want to more deeply embody the theme for this new cycle? Saturn gives his drishti (gaze) to both planets, as does Rahu. This cycle of Mars demands that we pay attention to our words and actions. Intention is everything, while action gets the job done. Avoid the tussle between thinking and doing, as well as the paralyzing details that can keep us from being bold in our doing. Where are you spinning your wheels and not moving? Where do you need greater support and stability? What are you not saying that needs to be said? Work on getting your needs met by being clear- first with yourself, then with others. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Monday continues with a waning Moon transiting Vishaka nakshatra and moving into its debilitation sign, Scorpio, early evening. As Moon joins Saturn here, a certain depression or sadness may emerge. The gaze of Mars, Mercury, Jupiter and Ketu upon Saturn and the Moon over the next two days may increase worries, doubts, fears and anxieties. Your emotional body will be dishing it out. What is the need underneath the emotion? What are your emotions telling you about your vulnerability? Seek support. Where does it come from? Just as Tuesday begins, Moon shifts into Anuradha nakshatra. Ruling deity, Mitra, offers connection and support through friendship and alliances. Let help arrive to give you what you need- whether it is through a listening ear or co-creation. Ruling planet of Scorpio, Mars, gains strength today, while Moon conjuncts Saturn exactly. Ask for what you really want and don't take no for an answer. Not sure what you really want? Ask your emotional body for clues. Underneath the feelings, lie the answers. The fog begins to lift late in the evening. Wednesday begins with Moon in Jyeshta nakshatra, Indra's domain. Strength and sensitivity come together, influenced by our senses. Tame the mind, the mental body and don't let its stories run away with you today- unless you need a good adventure! Stay true to your course, your dharma, and mind your truths. The Moon slips into Sagittarius and Mula nakshatra first thing Thursday morning, moving away from the intense influence of five planets. Venus, however, gives his gaze from seven houses away, increasing feelings and creativity, as well as relationship themes. Mars offer his gaze from eight houses away now and keeps frustrations, agitations and passions well stoked. Ruling deity of Mula is the goddess of adharma, Nirriti, who insures some surprises. She brings calamity and misfortune, yet often great healing can take place through her darkness. What can the chaos teach you? How is it being self perpetuated? As Friday begins, Moon moves to the domain of the water goddess, Apas, once it enters the lunar constellation, PurvaAshada. Her healing waters bring rejuvenation, clarity and refreshment as well as sensitivity and intense feelings. Surf your inner tides today consciously- the big waves and the small ones. Honor these waves, while standing firmly rooted on the shore. The latter half of the Ashada constellation, UttarAshada, arrives first thing Saturday morning and the Vishva Devas offer their support and opportunities. The all-gods, or Laws of Nature, remind us to be true to ourselves and to stand in our truth. As Moon shifts into Capricorn early morning, Saturn offers his drishti once again, as do Rahu and Jupiter. Seek balance, find support and establish your own middle ground. Let your legs and feet ground you when the fog comes rolling in. The expansive powers of Vishnu and his nakshatra, Sravana, arrive just as Sunday begins. Vishnu is connected to akasha, space, and allows us to hear and experience sattva, truth. This ability to align with pure truth helps support dharma and inner strength. Take time to pause and deeply listen to your inner guidance systems. Let the physical body share its somatic insights and allow the spiritual body to offer its wisdom. Awaken and expand, while taking clear action steps. Align with the purity of your truth. *Time zone used for calculations is in Pacific Daylight Time.
