Shivaratri arrives this year on March 4th just before the new Moon (Amavasya) on March 6th. This is a time of deep silence and strong potential. It is the marriage celebration of Shiva and Shakti, a symbolic union of wholeness- when the absolute unmanifest, conjoins with the pulse of life force energy. Masculine and feminine merge and create life- and the ability to manifest becomes amplified. From this place of union, we can ignite the power of being, the power of life. Transformations abound right now- inner and outer. Are you paying attention to polarities in your life? What dualities are you aware of and what is needed for their integration? This is a powerful time for meditation and reciting the Mrityunjaya Mantra: oṁ tryambakaṁ yajāmahe sugandhiṁ puṣṭi-vardhanam ǀurvārukam-iva bandhanān mṛtyormukṣīya māmṛtāt ǁ Shivaratri supports planting seeds of potential through the depth of silence. Shiva as destroyer, is at one with this awakened state of creativity. His role is to support your collapse into concentrated, focused alignment with the harmony of existence- that which is pure consciousness, deep, unaltered silence and awakening. This is where your creativity resides, your ability to manifest, create and transform- over and over again. Through the transcendence, you can easily touch this silence in its pure form. Shiva reminds us to use this silence to release, simplify and transform. From a silent and awakened state, you can plant the seeds of life more intentionally and powerfully. Use your deep inner silence for stirring your creative desires. Next, the fertility festival of Holi, will activate your silent seeds, helping them become more fully awakened with the creative wisdom of Nature. What are you creating for your powerful life? What is your vision? Let your imagination move you into being. Create life! The March new Moon takes place at 09:04 am MT while transiting Aquarius and Purvabhadra nakshatra. This is the realm of the sky ruled by Ajaikapada, a form of Shiva standing on one foot. There is a strong need for balance and integration of opposing forces in this domain. Two realms are represented- both material and spiritual. The power of Rudra and the creative strength of Vishvakarma express themselves in this nakshatra. Restraint and tapas are necessary, while simultaneously great material wealth is possible. This constellations offers a foot in both worlds and those born with this constellation often have success with both the spiritual and material realms. Balancing the impossible is in fact possible under this constellation, though great strength is required. The symbol of this nakshatra is a burning funeral cot. Endings and release are taking place. Purification and death support deeper understandings of life and bring greater awareness to the wholeness of existence. In this waxing cycle, your strength will be required in order to balance opposing forces, integrate polarities, and harmonize inner conflicts. Dark and light require your equal attention. Are you holding both- shadow and light- equally? Material progress is possible in the days ahead, but attend to spiritual matters for deeper purpose. Burn away the excess and simplify all areas of your life. It's time to purify and release what has been feeling heavy and burdensome. It takes much less energy to be in right relationship with all parts of ourselves- rather than resist and avoid. Hold both your darkness and your light, honor all of your being. This is why your shadow is so important. As we enter this new lunar cycle, multiple changes are taking place in the cosmos. Mercury is debilitated in Pisces and goes retrograde on the 5th. Rahu and Ketu change signs for the next 1.5 years on March 7th, causing upheaval, change and new levels of resistance. The relationship with our karma is shifting and will bring vastly different results in the months ahead. Jupiter is at the edge of Scorpio right now, preparing for his unusual dance into Sagittarius before he retrogrades until this fall. Listen to my FB Live Class for more about the life changing transit of Rahu and Ketu. We are straddling the edge of major change and life may feel uncertain, vulnerable and tumultuous in the days ahead. Keep life as simple as possible and prune away any excess. Clean your life up and stop over-doing, over-giving, and over-being. Challenges will surface where we are being unconscious. Less is more. Creative Ritual Use this Creative Ritual for supporting integrating and harmonizing your polarities: 1) Identify the polarities at play within you and your life. Make two distinct lists. What are the challenges that you face right now? What is not working right now in your life? What are the resources in your life right now? What is working well for you right now? Name each category and see if you can identify the theme of each polarity that is arriving. 2) Create two images. One image is your challenge image. The other image is your resource image. Spend 10-20 minutes creating each image. Use craypas, paints, pens, collage or any medium that speaks to you. Title each image separately. Then ask each image to give you their message. If this image could speak, what would it say to you? 3) Harvest from each image. Answer these questions for each image separately. I am, I want, I need I sense, I feel, I Imagine, I express What have you harvested from this process? What does each part of you say? What does each part of you need? Deepen this process by using my Tapping Meditation for integrating polarities I help sensitive women become the leaders of their lives.

This closes the eclipse portal that has been open since the full lunar eclipse on January 31st. The partial solar eclipse begins at 11:55 am MT and concluding at 15:47 MT. The maximum eclipse will be at 13:51 MT. The eclipse will only be visible in South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Antarctica. From a Vedic perspective, it is not advised to be outside during an eclipse or to look directly at the eclipse. Wear a head covering if you have to be outside so you don't absorb the shadow. Ideally, this is a time for spiritual practices such as meditation, chanting and fasting. Set intentions and honor the sensitivity of this time. The new Moon occurs in sidereal Aquarius and Dhanishtha nakshatra, the constellation of the Vasu Devas, the bearers of light, jyoti. They want visibility, awakening and creative purpose. Powerful action can be ignited here- if in right relationship with dharma and right relationship with your life path. By the time the new Moon arrives, Sun and Mercury have now entered Sidereal Aquarius. Balance polarities and integrate opposing forces. Face your shadow and grief with authenticity. Find new ways and resources in order to navigate your challenges. The same challenges are present for you, but in order to get different results you'll need to try some new, more innovative options and choices. Learn from your past mistakes and don't repeat them. This is a time to deepen your empowerment- which comes through integration and strengthening digestion. Use this cycle to maximize your dharmic pursuits and gather the necessary guidance and resources to support you in this. There is a strong focus on life path in this cycle. Don't neglect this. More support awakens as you move closer to your shadow and limiting beliefs. Courageously lean into your darkness in order for the light to arrive. Shine light on your unconscious and unseen realms. Clear away the rubble and move towards new nourishment and desires. Where are you resisting change, solutions, possibility and your deepest desires? What is stopping you from taking action steps? What limitations are keeping you from stepping into your power and purpose? In the cycle to come, you will be asked to face your grief- with your self and your relationships. Clear and release- in order to make room for more life. Strengthen inner support and physical body support. Uproot and release support that is no longer helping you and create space for the new. Trust your gut wisdom and ask for its guidance. Clear and purify your gut intelligence in order for a stronger intuition and empowerment. Deepen your sense of balance- inner and outer. What does this feel like in your body? The closing of the eclipse portal with a partial solar eclipse, brings emphasis on the physical and spiritual bodies. Needs emerge around the masculine, structure and support. The Sun illuminates the solar system and brings life and light to us. As the Sun's light gets partially obstructed, so will the light within. This is not a time to make big decisions or start new projects. Wait a few days until the light returns and notice what themes arrive in your personal mythology at this time. Close doors that need to be closed and be willing to open new ones. Creative RitualSelf Tracking, Learning from the Wisdom of the Body 1) Sit, stand or lay down. Close your eyes and fall into the rhythm of your breath. Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the waves of breath moving in and out of your body. Take some time to relax into this rhythm. 2) As the body moves to greater stillness and relaxation through breath awareness, locate a sensation in the body. This sensation might show up as a tingling, a pulsing, or a sense of vibration. There might even be a color, a shape, a sound or a word that arrives in connection to the body part. Listen and honor whatever arrives for you. Don't filter the messages, judge or critique them. Your only job is to listen right now. Be curious, be interested, and be present to the body's messages. What body part emerges? What sensations are arriving? What messages are shared? Take note of this wisdom coming to you from your body. 3) Create an image of this physical body sensation that arrived through your self tracking. Use craypas or paint and put your experience on paper- so as to transfer the felt senses into a tangible, visual expression. This is a powerful part of the process and one that can shift us into deeper awareness of our body wisdom. 4) Once your image is complete, give it a title. Now, let it speak. What does your image have to share with you? If your image could speak, what would it say? 5) Pull out your Jyotish chart. What body part emerged in your self tracking exploration? What house of the chart is connected to this body part? Study this house within your chart. What do you notice? We can analyze the experience of the house by noting: What planets are sitting there, if any? What sign is located in this house? Do any planets give their drishti (gaze)? Finally, note the current transits and what planets might be effecting this house currently. Your body is sharing with you a very specific message. This message is directly connected to your needs, your desires, your deep longing for nourishment, comfort, safety and support on some core level. When we can access the wisdom of the body directly, we get very clear, unfiltered messages and insights. The cosmic intelligence of the jyotish chart can then help us further identify what is impacting us both macrocosmically and microcosmically. This is the vital information we need for deepening our healing and transformation process. Want more support with this process? Watch My Short Video Now Sun in Aquarius Sun moves to Aquarius at 07:46 am MST today, joining the restructuring planet, Ketu here. This is a healing transit, if you choose to look closely at your challenges, setbacks and obstacles. Resistance to your darkness will provoke more challenges, so best to surrender and lean in. The soul and the ego are going through a transformation in the cycle to come, which lasts until March 14th. Allow yourself to be stripped, shredded and release illusions that are keeping you in the dark. Your ability to awaken from your slumber will be determined by your courage to look at your shadows. Do you know how to transform your darkness into light? Do you have the necessary skills to take your challenges and turn them into resources? Can you harness your immense creative power and use this for your awakening? This journey requires skills, awareness, guidance and support. It's time to upgrade your skills and resources in order to start getting some very different results. Staying stuck is no longer an option, but your resistance to asking for guidance and support will prolong the pain. Relationships are a big part of this transformational process you are undergoing. Illusions about yourself are coming to the surface as you confront challenging parts of yourself. Lean in and look closely. What needs to be released in order for you to find a deeper, more sustainable inner strength and stability? What stories and illusions are keeping you resistant to self love and compassion? You are boundless, immense love. Why continue to withhold the abundance of Nature from yourself?! Why are you keeping the walls up, the resistance in place? It's now time to receive the nourishment of life more fully. What needs to change in order for more receptivity and empowerment? ***UPDATE *** Sun shifts to Satabisha nakshatra late evening, February 18th. This is a game changer as Sun nears exact conjunction with Ketu. He'll be dropping through the tail of the serpent in the coming days/weeks, getting dismembered in the process. In many ways, this is the finale after months of a Kala Sarpa yoga that has brought to light many masculine/father themes. As Rahu transits Leo (now in Magha, related to father's lineage and the ancestors), shadows connected to the masculine are surfacing. Satabisha is a Rahu ruled nakshatra, which brings deception, illusion and uncertainty into awareness. Varuna rules this domain, and he is all-seeing, all-knowing- bringing with him a heightened critic and intense awareness. This can be turned outward or inward, or both. Remember compassion in the coming weeks- we will all need it. It will be easy to be overtly critical to ourselves and others, so try to be gentle and lean into your inner critic with loving-kindness as much as possible. What does your critic tell you about what you need? What is it asking of you in order to feel safe? At the same time, this nakshatra can also provide very rich and powerful healing with it. All that intensive gaze and awareness can be put to good use. What are you noticing within that needs to change? Are you ready now to make some dramatic shifts in your life? Now is the time. Not heeding to Varuna's scrutiny will only increase misery, pain and health challenges that can't be undone. Be very mindful of your health and body as Sun moves through Satabisha until March 4th. You may notice your health is more delicate and your body needs more TLC. Stay connected, grounded and embodied as much as possible. As Sun gets cracked open, deconstructed and restructured (with Ketu's help) body and soul awaken to new possibilities. This will likely be uncomfortable, but trust the process. Your deepest truths and needs are coming to the surface. Honor the darkness that is coming to the light. Mercury in Aquarius February 22nd, mid morning, swift moving Mercury arrives in Aquarius- joining Sun and Ketu here. This marks the last planet that will conjunct Ketu after months of all planets being hemmed in between Rahu and Ketu during the Kala Sarpa Yoga. Though this malefic yoga technically ended once Mars shifted into Pisces weeks ago, the conjunction of Sun and now Mercury with Ketu, is significant. There is closure taking place and certain death to old mental behaviors and patterns. The mind will be disconnected, restructured and transformed. Think of this like an internal re-boot. Confusion, uncertainty and challenges with mind, communications and all things Mercury may arrive in the coming weeks. Patience, slow steps and clear intention will be helpful, though the mind will be running faster than usual, and easily fried. Don't push or force yourself to perform. It's important to go slow in the coming days, though it will go against your tendencies. Slow down anyway. Attend to grief and pain surfacing- don't cut and paste over it. There is an important shift taking place with your dharmic path, your life purpose. Pay close attention to your voice, speech and your inner wisdom. Speak your spiritual truth and stay close to your body. Retreats, meditation and alone time will be essential in order for you to land within your inner knowing. Retrace your steps, walk old ground and notice what wisdom is returning. What teachers, gurus and guides are re-turning? Return to old resources that you've forgotten. Ask for support and guidance in order to clarify and activate your dharmic path and purpose. Take meaningful action steps. Maha Shivaratri Shivaratri arrives just before the new Moon (Amavasya) on February 24th. As the full Moon arrives on March 12th, the fertility festival, Holi, will activate your silent seeds, helping them become more fully awakened with the creative wisdom of Nature. What are you creating for your powerful life? What is your vision? Let your imagination move you into being. Create life! New Moon in Aquarius On February 26th, the new Moon takes place in Aquarius at 07:59 am MST with the annual solar eclipse and four planets transiting the medicine star, Satabisha. Amavasya is the empty Moon, or new Moon- ripe with potential, fertility and possibility. It is always connected to Pitr, the god of the ancestors, particularly the father's lineage. There is an emptying out of the masculine taking place right now. A release is occurring in powerful ways. Lean into this process of letting go in order to maximize the healing potential arriving. Months of provocative themes have been emerging around the masculine, father, patriarchy and misogyny. Months of confrontation with power, strength, empowerment and the inner authority have emerged in brutal, challenging ways. Inner conflicts have intensified with the masculine and feminine. These themes have shown up in relationship dynamics, losses, pains and struggles, and with inner and outer needs. A new balance is arriving, but not without painful restructuring. Watch My Short Video Now Mars in Aries On March 1st at 13:38 MST, Mars moves through the challenging gandanta (gap) of endings and leaps into a new beginning. He will be burning off the past two years of karma (action) as he steps through this portal. There are three of these poignant gandantas in the zodiac- all marked by the gap between water and fire signs. It takes approximately two years for Mars to cycle through the zodiac, roughly two months in each sign. This transit into Aries, marks a powerful beginning, an awakening into new possibility and potential. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, and Ashwini is the first lunar constellation of the zodiac. As Mars enters this territory, it is a new beginning, a renewal, and also marks a clarity of action and purpose. Mars is the warrior planet; when in balance, he takes decisive action steps and empowered choices. When weak, actions, decisions and momentum falter. Mars will be in Aries, his own sign as well as his office (mulitrikona), until April 13th, which is a powerful time for clarifying your actions, choices and goals for the year ahead. This can be a cycle of gains and momentum if you align with it properly. It's a time to uproot relationships and behaviors that don't serve you, honor or support you. What do you need for greater stability and support- within your body, relationships and environment? Rahu will be giving his shadowed gaze to Mars during this transit, which can bring increased strength, or excess confusion. Don't lose sight of your vision at this time. The risk of self doubt and the strangling impact of the critic is high. This is an important time to seek clarity and focus, with your passion and purpose. What support, resources and tools do you need for greater support? What is working? What needs an upgrade? You will need to radically let go of the old, in order to fully invite in, and embrace the new. If it's not working, get rid of it. Venus Retrograde At 07:21 am on January 27th, Venus arrives in its exaltation sign, Pisces, joining Mars here. This will be an extended stay for Venus in its most powerful sign. Normally Venus transits are about one months long, but Venus will be here until May 31st. Part of this transit, Venus will be retrograde (from March 4th to April 15th) rendering her effects debilitated. Expect highs (exalted) and lows (retrograde) with all things Venus during this transit. The impact of Venus will effect relationships, finances, creativity, health and the feminine. Jupiter gives his gaze to Venus and Mars seven houses away, creating a necessity for balance between spiritual and material desires. Jupiter rules over the gods (devas), while Venus rules over the demons (asuras). These are the inner dynamics of all human beings- light and dark. A new sense of balance is taking place within you, within your polarities and opposing forces- particularly the masculine and feminine principles. This is why relationships will be particularly poignant in this transit, as relationships mirror the self. Dharma is a powerful part of the coming four months as Moon, Sun and Sravana nakshatra are all on the horizon at the time of Venus's arrival into Pisces. Your dharmic path will require immense courage and bravery, but in fact there's much support arriving for you if you are willing to receive it. It's the heaviness and burdens that are in your way of thriving. Release the burdens that are holding you back and step powerfully into your creative intelligence. Speak, express and articulate through creative outlets. Share your wisdom with others and align with your highest truth. Listen to my podcast about Exalted Venus to understand the impact on you personally Full Moon in Leo The March full Moon is on the 12th at 08:54 am MST, while Moon is at the edge of Leo. Moon will be conjunct shadow node Rahu at this time and moving through Aryaman's domain in Uttaraphalguni. Aryaman is one of the 12 Adityas, meaning he brings resources, support and abundance on the material plane of existence. He is also known as the chief of the ancestors and that which pleases them- particularly through marriage, children and anything that continues the lineage. The Phalguni stars relate to love, sexuality and relationship. Perfectly timed, as the Vedic fertility festival Holi is taking place simultaneously. More details coming soon! Mercury in Pisces As Mercury settles into its debilitation sign, Pisces, on March 10th, a mental body depression arrives. This impacts life path, purpose and a sense of progress. This depression with hopes, dreams and aspirations is impacted by the inner critic and past failures. Part of you doesn't trust your ability to succeed, so subconsciously there's a refusal to step forward. At the same time, this is powerful opportunity to look more closely at the mental thought patterns that are hindering your success, momentum and achievements. In order to unravel these unconscious parts of yourself, you will need extra support, guidance and resources. There are ample resources arriving. Are you able to receive this nourishment? Or are you stuck in lack, refusal and resistance? Imagine all the support in the world lining up to insure you succeed, are fully nourished and supported. It's here, waiting for you! What is standing in your way of receiving all this abundance? Your old stories, mental programming and past failures will make it impossible to fully accept and align with the abundance of the universe. Use this cycle to clean up, release, attend to and purify the mental programming that has you locked in behaviors, choices and experiences of lack and malnourishment. It's time to upgrade your mind. Sun in Pisces On March 14th, Sun moves to the final sign of the zodiac, Pisces, at 05:40am MST. He joins Mercury and Venus here. Retrograde Jupiter gives his gaze, bringing expansion and integrity. This is a cycle of increasing courage, strength and empowerment by activating creativity and inner power. It's vital that you step into your creative intelligence with gusto and tenacity! Where are you slacking, playing small and refusing to increase the vibrancy of your life? What does it look like to upgrade your relationships, purpose and inner power? How does it feel to create a new, empowered life for yourself? This cycle supports the release and letting go that will prepare you for an even more powerful awakening. Next step is Sun, exalted in Aries! Do everything you can to prepare now. What is standing in the way of your full power? What relationships keep you stuck in lack and disempowerment? Clean, clear, release. It is especially important to attend to this purging on mental and physical body levels. An increase in vitality is possible, as you clarify and purify old stagnation, toxicity and impurities. Lighten your load! Get grounded and clarify your next steps. Late March, Sun and Venus collide, causing a combustion. Fire and water don't blend well and can end up scorching the vitality within. Your inner resiliency, life force, is extra delicate at this time as Venus retrogrades and debilitates at the same time as the combustion. This is an ideal time to attend to health, vitality, wellness and the physical body very diligently. A deep purification process is taking place- preparing you for a new Sun cycle. Radically release and purify. Are you disconnected from your First Chakra? Use this easy test to find out how embodied and connected you are to your First Chakra- and why it matters so much for your health and vitality. Aries: Here we go again You're dancing with the fire You're dancing with the Beast You're still hungry- I'll take you to the feast. Here we go again The rage is a craving The thunder is your song The power is misfortune The misery is strong Here we go again The spirals and the chaos The torment and the chains No steps to the mirror Oh! The Beast lives on. Here we go again I'm waiting with my palms I watch you burn and writhe I sing your laments Still waiting for your dawn. -Swati J. Miller Taurus: THE HOUSE OF BELONGING I awoke this morning in the gold light turning this way and that thinking for a moment it was one day like any other. But the veil had gone from my darkened heart and I thought it must have been the quiet candlelight that filled my room, it must have been the first easy rhythm with which I breathed myself to sleep, it must have been the prayer I said speaking to the otherness of the night. And I thought this is the good day you could meet your love, this is the grey day someone close to you could die. This is the day you realize how easily the thread is broken between this world and the next… -David Whyte Gemini: It doesn't interest me if there is one God or many gods. I want to know if you belong or feel abandoned. If you know despair or can see it in others. I want to know if you are prepared to live in the world with its harsh need to change you. If you can look back with firm eyes saying this is where I stand. I want to know if you know how to melt into that fierce heat of living falling toward the center of your longing. I want to know if you are willing to live, day by day, with the consequence of love and the bitter unwanted passion of your sure defeat. I have heard, in that fierce embrace, even the gods speak of God. —David Whyte Cancer: How do trees deal with injustice? They grow a branch wherever they were cut. And how do sparrows deal with grief? They open their tiny wings and swoop at anything that glistens. So why am I all cut & hungry? Because I do not know the tree that is my soul and refuse the sparrow in my heart. - from Finding Inner Courage by Mark Nepo Leo: Everyone who terrifies you is sixty-five percent water. And everyone you love is made of stardust, and I know sometimes you cannot even breathe deeply, and the night sky is no home, and you have cried yourself to sleep enough times that you are down to your last two percent, but nothing is infinite, not even loss. You are made of the sea and the stars, and one day you are going to find yourself again. - F. Butler Virgo: "Once upon a time, when women were birds, there was the simple understanding that to sing at dawn and to sing at dusk was to heal the world through joy. The birds still remember what we have forgotten, that the world is meant to be celebrated." -Terry Tempest Williams Libra: SWEET DARKNESS You must learn one thing. The world was made to be free in. Give up all the other worlds except the one to which you belong. Sometimes it takes darkness and the sweet confinement of your aloneness to learn anything or anyone that does not bring you alive is too small for you. -David Whyte Scorpio: The Thing Is The thing is.. to love life, to love it even when you have no stomach for it and everything you've held dear crumbles like burnt paper in your hand, your throat filled with the silt of it. When grief sits with you, its tropical heat thickening the air, heavy as water more fit for gills than lungs; when grief weights you like your own flesh only more of it, an obesity of grief, you think, How can a body withstand this? Then you hold life like a face between your palms, a plain face, no charming smile, no violet eyes, and you say, yes, I will take you I will love you again. -Ellen Bass Sagittarius: Be taught now, among the trees and rocks, how the discarded is woven into shelter, learn the way things hidden and unspoken slowly proclaim their voice in the world.... Find that far inward symmetry to all outward appearances, apprentice yourself to yourself, begin to welcome back all you sent away, be a new annunciation, make yourself a door through which to be hospitable, even to the stranger in you. - David Whyte Capricorn: You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves. Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine. Meanwhile the world goes on. Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain are moving across the landscapes, over the prairies and the deep trees, the mountains and the rivers. Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air, are heading home again. LISTEN NOW FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY This waxing cycle coincides with Shivaratri and a total solar eclipse. As the Moon empties entirely, the connection to your inner landscape deepens. This is an opportunity to plant seeds of desire very intentionally. During the eclipse portal (March 8th to 23rd) your soil will be tilled, old roots will be dug up, rocks and debris will be removed. It's a time of clearing and cleaning- of preparation. Shivaratri begins on the 7th late in the evening, which is a time period that supports planting seeds of potential through the depth of silence. As the full Moon and the lunar eclipse arrive on March 23rd, the fertility festival, Holi, will activate your silent seeds, helping them become more fully awakened with the creative wisdom of Nature. What are you creating for your powerful life? What is your vision? Let your imagination move you into being. The new Moon arrives March 8th at 17:55 PST, while Moon is in Aquarius and Purvabhadrapada nakshatra. The solar eclipse begins at 15:19 PST, continuing until 20:34 PST. The strongest time of the eclipse will occur at 17:59 PST. The eclipse will be visible in South/East Asia, North/West Australia, Pacific and Indian Ocean. Though this eclipse will not touch North America directly, the same rules apply to all during the eclipse. It's not advised to look at the eclipse directly, or to be outside during the eclipse. Stay indoors, meditate, eat lightly or fast, set intentions and say prayers. Use this time as the sacred, inward time that it is. Being outside during the eclipse leaves you vulnerable to absorbing extra "shadow" which is not ideal. Since eclipses represent and intensify the inner shadow, taking precautionary measures to avoid gathering more shadow, is important. During the eclipse portal (the two week period between solar and lunar eclipses) it is not recommended to start new projects, make big decisions or begin anything important. Wait until after the 23rd for this. Sun In Pisces Sun in Pisces instigates release and endings. As your inner light source moves to the final sign of the zodiac on March 13th at 22:24 PST, a sense of closure is initiated. This theme of doors closing, so others can open, is truly being triggered during this eclipse portal. The Sun in Pisces intensifies this awareness of endings and letting go. It's essential that this be a conscious process in order to maximize the results. As you allow doors to close, you are naturally creating the ability to open new doors simultaneously. Gains are yours as a result of this willingness. This is a time of deep feelings. Touch in to your internal waters with conviction as there is a powerful opportunity to expand your container of life and what you think is possible for yourself. Your relationship with your creativity, your feminine energy, will determine your success. Get empowered through your creative intelligence and open your horizons to more- more nourishment, support, relationships, community and thriving. More life force energy! Connecting and relating will be an essential part of this growth process. Clean up relationship issues, fears, worries and doubts that emerge around deservability. Do you really feel you can be happy with what arrives? That you can have nourishing relationships in your life? What healing and clean up is necessary within your body and spirit- in order for you to be more receptive to receiving what you want and need? It's time to take swift action and move mountains- without using force. This cycle triggers great healing, but you must be willing to look at your shadow and light equally. Gains come to those who are authentic about their obstacles, challenges, limiting beliefs and self-sabotage behaviors. Stepping into your power more fully will be determined by how courageously you lean into your shadow and darkness. Do you transform your bad habits, healing and growing as a result? Or do you continue to curse your own darkness and stay in its shadows? Right now, gathering support, resources and guidance to align with your healing process is essential. You will be supported if you ask. Reach out, connect, collaborate and communicate. Don't self isolate. This is a transformational time. Maximize the effects through physical embodiment and spiritual connection. Mercury In Pisces Mercury moves to its debilitation sign, Pisces, on March 18th at 15:55 PST, joining Sun in this watery sign. The mental body is moving, changing and being cleansed with the fluid wisdom of Pisces. There is a certain experience of endings and release that will be experienced in this cycle, adding to the themes already enlivened by the eclipse portal and Sun in Pisces simultaneously. Both Sun and Mercury are out of the gaze of the other planets, offering a bit of freedom in expression as a result. The ruling planet of Pisces, Jupiter, is conjunct Rahu in Leo, causing shadowed expansion, resources and uncertainties that will effect the mind. Venus is considered exalted in Pisces, though currently still moving through a friendly sign, Aquarius, feeling the restructuring effects of Ketu. The mind will feel these changes as well, adding to instability at times. The general trend for this cycle, however, is positive- offering new resources, support and wisdom- despite the mental body's debilitation. Let this sensitivity help you turn inward and bring your focus to subtleties. Meditate, contemplate, spend time in nature and use resources that help the mind stay calm, present and relaxed. Precision and exactness may not be your strength right now, nor fast acting awareness. This is an opportunity to go more slowly and find sacred pauses along the way. Can you find nourishment in the gentleness? Reverence for vulnerability and softness? Lean into your feminine center and honor her needs. She prefers your slow, steady steps, which allows you to languish in your creative intelligence. If you find yourself pushing, rushing or forcing, you will miss her messages and not receive her gifts. You must coax her gently, softly, with tenderness and care. Her wisdom will be found in your depths, tangled in your wild and untamed second chakra. Activate and energize this portal of creative energy. What are you manifesting with this wisdom? What guidance and support do you need for greater activation and awareness? Let your imagination stir and awaken you. Join me for a *free* Creative Ritual class on Sunday, March 20th in honor of the full Moon, eclipse portal and Holi celebrations. Gather resources to increase your creative potential! Join the List *Horoscopes are based on your Vedic (sidereal) rising sign. You can also check your Moon and Sun signs for further insight. Do the same with your Navamsa signs for further clarity. Do not use these horoscopes with your Western sign (Tropical) as there is likely no correlation. These horoscopes are meant to be used as a broad overview of the current transits and obviously do not address the specifics of an individual’s unique chart. Use these horoscopes to support your eclipse portal transformation: Aries: Gains come with your commitment to steady steps. Be resourceful and flexible with your efforts. Rigidity will not pay off. You are learning how to work with your power more effectively and honestly- yet the shadow is provoking issues with your awareness. Where are you stuck? In denial? Inattentive? Not listening to your gut wisdom? Attend to your children and your child-like sensibilities. Increase your play and pleasure- but make sure that your choices are actually nourishing. After the 18th, when Sun dips into your 12th house, it's time to slow down and take more pauses. Meditate, go on retreat, spend more time in bed. Use your alone time with intention. Once Mercury joins the Sun in Pisces on the 13th, the need for rest is even more vital. Listen to your mental and physical bodies diligently. Taurus: Career, home life and relationships are front and center right now. Confusion and uncertainties are rampant, with excitement and possibility close behind. Connect authentically and let relationships serve you and your dharmic path more intimately. What are you learning about your gifts? Your need to share them? Illusions in your heart are creating frustrations and a lack of clarity with your emotional body wisdom. Try to separate needs vs. wants. They are different. What do you truly need for deep nourishment? This is the need and this will serve you in more sustainable ways. Put your whole self into your work and use the wisdom of the four bodies- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual- to share in bigger ways. What is holding you back? Out of your greatness? Gemini: This is a time of healing and gathering more support. Where are you saying yes? Where are you saying no? Wisdom, resources and clarity for your path and purpose are arriving. Are you listening and moving towards your truth or hiding in the darkness? Your dharmic path is activated and enlivened, so pay attention to messages and resources arriving to support your progress. Creativity can be a resource for awakening your courage. Use your hands, the arts, writing and communication to invite in more change. Gather support from healers, guides, gurus and teachers. Align with relationships that bring you more support and nourishment. Find inner support and stability with this mirror. Who feels helpful an honors your being? Who does not? Cancer: Nourishment continues to be a theme of necessity for you. Do you know how to nourish yourself properly? What are you eating- through choices, environment and relationships? It's time to notice where you are disconnected, out of alignment with your own needs, not clear with boundaries. Your inner work right now is heavily impacted by your darkness, shadow and unconscious territory. With four planets in your 8th house until the 13th, looking under the surface is vital. Challenges are reminders that your choices need to shift. Ultimately, you are learning how to align with your empowerment more authentically, but first you must peel back some very old layers of illusion. Where can you let go more deeply? New doors will open if you are willing to be radical in your self-discovery and liberation process. Leo: Self and relationships are causing stops and starts, frustrations and confusion. Part of you says yes, but another other part of you says no. What is this conflict between your two halves? This is an opportunity to integrate polarities, parts of yourself that are misaligned or out of sync. Relationships bring the mirror of what needs to change and transform. This change process is effecting all four of your bodies- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. As Sun dips into your 8th house on the 13th, transformations intensify. Look at your animal needs, vulnerability and your wild, inner terrain. Open to your feminine wisdom in new ways. Learn the art of deep surrender. Virgo: Healing arrives for all four bodies- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Lean into the messages and note what resources support your change process. Painful parts of your being are finally being released after many years of struggle, hardship and pain. Seek support and guidance for this process and be courageous with the letting go process. The stomach will be a vital part of the elimination process so find ways to encourage the release with diet, herbs, routine and emotional body release. You are creating space for more empowerment. How can you say yes more fully to this? Where are you diminishing your power and strength through actions and bad habits, old stories and wounds? Once the Sun moves to your seventh house on the 13th, relationships become a resource for this growth. Libra: Your power and gut wisdom are essential resources for growth and opening. Cut out and release foods, relationships, actions, choices and environments that diminish your power and clarity. Your intuition is trying to strengthen and push forth. Support this process with cleansing and cleaning up the residue in your life and behaviors. You are more powerful than you are currently aware of. How long will you choose to stay in the dark? How long will you choose to diminish your power? The possibility for deeper healing arrives after the 13th, when Sun dips into your 6th house. Ask for support and gather new resources for this process. Once Mercury lands in Pisces as well, both physical and mental bodies will be ready for transformation. Don't go backwards, make your direction clear. Scorpio: Your heart is being cracked open, touched with new wisdom and resources. Challenges and release are part of this deep purging process. As the light starts to touch the old wounds, notice your response. Lean in and listen more closely to the messages. How can you find balance with your opening and closing, a new harmony, a new dance? Take this wisdom into your work and life offerings. Let your wisdom be shared. The acknowledgement of your whole human being- light and dark, shadows and gifts- is a more authentic representation of who you are. Stay true to this authenticity. It may not be a smooth process at first. It may feel like four steps forward, five steps back for a bit, but trust you are learning these new steps and will find mastery. Sun in your 5th house on the 13th, begins a new relationship with your power and playfulness. Enjoy! Sagittarius: Get creatively courageous! Awaken your four bodies with creative activation and artistic resources. This will invite in more possibility, life force energy and dharmic alignment. Does it bring you joy? Are you excited to do it? Say yes more to these desires! Start releasing more of the obligations you put upon yourself as these are old stories that are keeping you in the dark, robbing you of increased power. How do you use your energy? The lack of clarity about your path and purpose is a misuse of your power. Notice where you need to make some adjustments. Say no more, let go of actions, choices, environments and relationships that don't serve your nourishment. Seek support, guidance and resources for deepening your dharmic wisdom. Capricorn: Vocalize and express. Clarify your self expression and use it as a resource for deeper nourishment and support. Food and eating habits are a big part of your nourishment process right now. Where are you numbing, suppressing or avoiding your feelings with what you ingest? Looking at your wounds and suppressed darkness is vital for creating more clarity about what you really need. Be radical in your investigation. Gather new resources and tools, guidance and support for your transformation process. Do not self-isolate. You are in a radical change process- from inside to outside. Touch your depths and find ways to come up for air. How can your creative intelligence be a resource for deeper inner connection and healing? Aquarius: Relationships are still a source of growth and confusion, causing deep transformation within. Your full being is getting restructured- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies are getting cracked open for greater light and wisdom to arrive. Are you too focused on the pain to notice the gifts? How are you saying yes to your own power and strength? Where are you saying no? It's vital that you understand this release process is ultimately about you increasing your level of empowerment and inner strength, not about destroying yourself. Find ways to land and ground, stabilize and get embodied. Find your anchor within the physical. As Sun moves to your second house on the 13th, it's time to strengthen your voice, expression and deepen the nourishment you are receiving. As you release, you will create more space to receive what will truly feed you. Pisces: Liberation and healing are vital right now. As you radically step into release and letting go, more space will open and be available for your dharmic path and purpose. Identify your struggles and stories as these are vital for your dharmic work and will help you share your gifts more authentically. All four bodies- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual- are finding a sense of closure and release. This may require you to rest and meditate more right now. Make time for being alone and tending to your own self care needs diligently. Ask for support, guidance and new resources in order to speed up this change process and make it more smooth. Rest and integration are valuable for you right now in order to truly make the many transformations become sustainable. Listen to your gut intelligence, seek wisdom from teachers, gurus and guides, step into your light more fully. Ready to start 2016 off with clarity and purpose? I am now booking April sessions. Let's connect! This Week's Intention: Move closer to your inner landscape. Notice your need for silence and slow steps. Honor this with meditation, sacred pause and strengthening your relationship with Self. Watch, listen, notice. Some weeks intensify what we need to confront more intensely. With Shivaratri, Venus's transit into Aquarius, a new Moon and a Solar Eclipse opening the delicate eclipse portal for the coming weeks, this is a time to clarify your needs, intentions and self care resources in order for greater inner stability. The days to come may provoke inner and outer challenges more acutely. Are you listening to or resisting the messages? Shivaratri will inspire a deep inner silence which can support your awakening process. Feed your silence with sacred pauses and meditation. Remember that any discomfort is a resource. What needs to change- within you and your choices- in order for greater ease? Some doors need to close. Others need to open. Monday, March 7th Moon in 14th tithi Just as Monday morning begins, Moon leaps to Aquarius, joining Mercury, Sun and Ketu here. To intensify the instability of the day, Venus moves to Aquarius mid morning, joining this powerful grouping of planets. Retrograde Jupiter, Rahu and Mars all give their gaze. The week begins with a lot of energy and excitement, as well as vulnerability and sensitivity. Stay grounded and get embodied. The closer you can stay to your body wisdom, the more clarity you'll have. As Moon continues through Dhanishta nakshatra until close to noon, resource from your inner light. Once Moon shifts to Satabisha, an emotional body shift takes place. Challenge and struggle may appear, casting darkness on the day. What do you need for greater inner support and stability? Align with your resources and redirect your focus towards what nourishes you. It's important to mind your health diligently when Moon passes through Satabisha. Eat nourishing foods, be mindful of the environments and relationships you choose to be with today. If it doesn't serve you, set it free. Venus moves to Aquarius at 07:18 am PST where she joins a packed house with Moon, Mercury, Sun and Ketu. This cycle is an opportunity for liberation on all four levels of your being- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Mars, retrograde Jupiter and Rahu give their gaze, intensifying the change process. Expect frustrations and challenges to emerge in the coming weeks- especially since the eclipse portal will be fully activated simultaneously. Relationships, money, creativity and feminine issues will be charged, ripe for transformation. How can you embrace your divine feminine qualities more actively? Where can you invite in more listening, juicy creativity, receptivity, sacred pauses and the wisdom of your feelings and emotions? It's vital that you let your feminine voice speak and share with you. She will tell you what needs to be released and how to liberate yourself more consciously. The release is inviting in space for the new. For more nourishment, more creativity, more abundance, more wisdom, more vitality. Your ability to allow the release will determine what you will have space to invite in to your life and being. There are endings being enlivened. Trust this process of endings. This is your liberation happening. Can you surrender to this process more fully? Resisting, holding back, avoiding this process will only increase the pain, challenge, hurt and suffering you experience. Find ways to surrender, allow and let go. What are you releasing and closing to? What are you inviting in and opening to? Actively look at your polarities, your shadow and light, masculine and feminine parts, in order to find balance and integration. The themes that begin with Mercury moving to Aquarius the week prior, spark the trends for Venus’s movement as well. She will help instigate and increase the fruits of your creative visions- if you’re willing to release, let go and create space for the new. A strong sense of liberation arrives with this cycle. It will be a process of shedding, releasing, letting go of attachments and unnecessary burdens- on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body levels. Unshackle yourself and consciously use resources to support this radical process of moksha. What is weighing you down? Holding you back? Keeping you from your magnificence? If you don’t have space for the new, you won’t be able to create more of what you want. Consciously use this cycle to carve out sacred, intentional space in your inner and outer being. As the Moon enters the 15th tithi of the waning cycle, Amavasya, around 21:00, Shivaratri officially begins. Shivaratri supports the deep release process enlivened right now. This ancient celebration of Lord Shiva, is traditionally a day of deep silence. It is from this level of being, of consciousness, that all possibilities are available; the Absolute, the fully alive and awakened state of universal oneness and creative intelligence. Read more about Shivaratri in my March New Moon Wisdom. Tuesday, March 8th Moon in 15th tithi Moon continues through Satabisha nakshatra until late morning. The shift to Purvabhadrapada nakshatra may feel tangible. This is the difference between a Rahu ruled nakshatra and a Jupiter ruled nakshatra- though both planets are currently conjunct in Leo. You may move from shadow into hope and possibility, challenge into resource. What are you noticing? Track your emotional body wisdom. New Moon in Purvabhadrapada, instigates the power of ruling deity Ajaikapada- an expression of lord Shiva in the form of Lord of the Dance. His ability to balance the impossible, challenge and resource, life and death, material and spiritual realms, gives him his power and strength. Read more about the new Moon in Aquarius. Wednesday, March 9th Moon in 1st tithi The delicate new Moon increases vulnerability and inward awareness; softly beginning its waxing phase. Moon arrives in Pisces in the wee hours of the morning, triggering feelings of endings, release and closure. As the last sign in the zodiac, Pisces supports the liberation process. What are you letting go? What doors are you consciously closing? Once Moon shifts to the latter half of the Bhadrapada constellation, Uttarabhadra, a different experience of strength arrives, as well as an intensified experience of release. The symbol of this star is the back legs of a funeral cot- essentially the final moments before liberation and freedom, death and transformation. Ruling deity Ahirbudhnya is a naga- a serpent that supports the awakening process and depth awareness. He is also a Rudra, giving him immense strength and power- which he uses to remove obstacles and challenges. Cut yourself free of the shackles holding you back. Release yourself. Thursday, March 10th Moon in 2nd tithi Mid morning, Moon moves into the 27th nakshatra, Revati, invoking the nourishing support of Pushan. This is a Mrdu, or soft and mild nakshatra, one that provides resources and support for one's journey. The mental body may be feeling pressure and overwhelm. Use this awarenes to find your release valve. Where can you let go, clear your plate and set some old stories free? Sun and Ketu are in exact conjunction today and into tomorrow. Your physical and spiritual bodies are being cracked open, so more light can enter your being. Discomfort may be present, but use this to transform and change. Gather the resources and support you need for soft holding and deeper inner wisdom. Friday, March 11th Moon in 3rd tithi Just as Friday begins, Moon jumps the gandanta (gap) between endings (Pisces) into beginnings (Aries). Notice if today feels like a fresh start on some level. Do you feel ready for change, but not sure how or what this looks like for you? Sun continues to feel the effects of Ketu's restructuring power. It's time for transformation, but what does that actually mean? Consciously decide what needs to change in order to invite in the new. It's vital you look at parts of yourself that want to stay in the dark. These are the parts of you that prefer self-sabotage, avoidance, resistance and chaos. Take back your power. Set yourself free. As Moon moves through the first nakshatra, Ashwini, themes of change, release and transformation are provoked. The gaze of Rahu and retrograde Jupiter onto the Moon will stir expansion as well as confusion. What is compelling your change? What is working? What is not? Minutes before midnight, Moon shifts to the fierce star, Bharani. Saturday, March 12th Moon in 4th tithi Yama brings his transformational restraint as Moon moves through Bharani nakshatra. The death process is invoked, inciting change. Yama judges ones karma at the time of death and insists on self-control, restraint and restriction- or punishment will be had. He wants you to stay true to your course- which means living your dharma and honoring this path. Punishment is severe to those who miss this crucial life lesson. How closely aligned are you with your dharmic purpose? Is laziness, ignorance, fear or confusion standing in your way? There's no time to waste. Bharani nakshatra supports brutal and harsh actions, in order to make big changes. Step boldly towards your awakening. Late evening, purification arrives through Krittika nakshatra and the fire wisdom of Agni. Digest and assimilate. Sunday, March 13th Moon in 5th tithi In the early hours of the morning, Moon leaps to its exaltation sign, Taurus, still in the domain of Agni. An emotional body potency arrives, with sharp exactness. Saturn and Mars give their direct gaze, charging and frustrating the experience. You feel the momentum, yet resistance simultaneously. Keep moving, but honor your slow, steady steps. Agni brings great purification and transformation with its fire wisdom. He supports digestion on all levels of life. Digestion is essential for the assimilation of nutrients. Diminishing your agni will hinder your ability to process external stimuli. This can overburden the bodies and their wisdom- mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Supporting agni within, will insure that experiences in life are digested properly, without leaving residue. Honor your inner fire by tending to the flame with attentiveness. What actions and choices diminish your inner fire? What actions and choices support it? Late evening, Moon shifts into lord Brahma's domain, Rohini, activating creativity and bringing desires into form. What are you creating? Monday, March 14th Moon in 6th tithi The week begins with ample creative potential. With the eclipse portal still active, desires may be extra strong. Pay close attention to your wants, vs. your needs. It's important that you know the difference. Rohini activates immense creative potential. The masculine and feminine forces- Lord Brahma and goddess Saraswati- enliven this process. Lord Brahma contains and structures the ample creative wisdom of his feminine counterpart, allowing her creative abundance to come into form. What are you creating for your life? What action steps are moving you closer to this? Do you know how to manifest or are you feeling around in the dark, hoping for the light switch? It's time to upgrade your skills, ask for support and find new resources- in order for different results. Maximize your creative potential. Monday night, Moon shifts to Mrigashirsha nakshatra, increasing extension, branching out and extending your range. What pathways are you opening up? What resources and support are helping you with this extension? Join me for a *free* Creative Ritual class on Sunday, March 20th in honor of the full Moon, eclipse portal and Holi celebrations. Ready to start 2016 off with clarity and purpose? I am now booking March and April sessions. Let's connect! The new Moon is powerfully silent, coinciding with Shivaratri and a total solar eclipse. New Moon in Purvabhadrapada, instigates the power of ruling deity Ajaikapada- an expression of lord Shiva in the form of Lord of the Dance. His ability to balance the impossible, challenge and resource, life and death, material and spiritual realms, gives him his power and strength. As Moon transits through Aquarius, polarities are activated and encountered. Just as ruling planets Saturn and Rahu give Aquarius its dual nature, Ajaikapada expresses the two-sided nature of existence. As a Rudra, he has immense strength, overcoming obstacles and rising to the task at hand. The symbol of Purvabhadrapada is a two-faced man, reiterating the dual nature of this constellation and the essential need for balance, harmony and integration of seemingly opposing forces. The reminder with Aquarius is that one door must close in order for another to open. Essentially, there must be a loss, in order to have a gain. What are you ready to release and let go of, in order for the new to arrive? Notice where you are resisting the release. You'll know because there will be challenge, pain or struggle. Lean in and notice what is arriving. This waxing cycle is ripe with release on all four levels of your being- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. The combination of five planets in Aquarius at the time of the new Moon, all receiving gaze from Mars, retrograde Jupiter and Rahu, provoke a certain intensity within the inner realms. Moon, Sun, Mercury and Venus will be conjunct Ketu, the moksha planet. Ketu instigates disconnection through cutting, burning or severing. This is why Ganesha is associated with Ketu, as his head was chopped off by his father, Shiva, and replaced with a wise elephant head instead. As a result his wisdom increased. Ketu propels one into the change and transformation process, often forcing the disconnection or release from attachments. As Moon (emotional body), Mercury (mental body), Sun (spiritual and physical bodies) and Venus (shakti or life force energy) all come into contact with Ketu during their Aquarius transit, release and transformation will occur in your entire being. Do you allow this change process to take place by leaning into what's arriving? Or are you resisting the change process on some level? Remember, the pain and challenge is a reminder that you are gripping on some level. Can you locate where this challenge is arriving within? Are you being effected mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually- or all of the above? This is your reminder to seek resources, support and guidance for your transformation process. Where do you need help with this change? What resources and extra support are missing for you? Call in what you need and ask spirit to support your journey. Relationships and matters of the heart are instrumental for your change and transformation process in the coming weeks- especially during the eclipse portal. Some relationships will need be released, others will need to be transformed. Shadows and excess baggage from the past (including mental body stories, energies and old wounds) must also be released and transformed. These relationships may just be stories you continue to carry, cling to or hold on to, yet they are effecting you the same. The heart will be instrumental in this release and transformation process. There may be pain, heart burn or new passions stirring in the heart chambers so pay close attention to the messages arriving through your emotional body. Part of you is saying yes, while the rest of you is saying no. Get clear on what you need for greater nourishment and support. What does this inner nourishment feel like in your body? Who and what helps you identify this feeling within yourself? Who and what does not support this feeling within? There will be a tango in your head and heart between wants and needs. These are different, so pay close attention to their messages. Do you notice your wants overshadowing your needs? Are you only feeding the loud wants, rather than listening and softening to the needs arriving within you? Your emotional body will be the messenger of your needs. Create time and space for sacred pause, listening and honoring the wisdom of the divine feminine within. Shakti, the consort of Shiva, is the great creative spark of life. Together Shiva and Shakti empower, uplift, transform and create- over and over again. Life is given through their union. What are you creating with your silence and dynamism? How can you find more balance between these seemingly opposing forces within? Honor your masculine and feminine energies in more intimate ways. Notice where you are feeding one energy more than the other and make adjustments. As the eclipse portal deepens, inner shadows will be enlivened. Cravings, desires and wants will increase and activate. Can you take on this beast or does it swallow you whole? Simultaneously challenges and obstacles will intensify forcing you to look more closely at wounds and personal mythology that is keeping you in the dark. How do you work with these shadows with conscious awareness? What guidance, support and resources do you need for greater transformation? I'll be sharing more details about the eclipse effects on each rising sign within my Waxing Moon Horoscopes. Creative Ritual My Creative Rituals are intended to support your transformation and healing process in the cycle to come. Each ritual is in alignment with the cosmic tides- in order to help you adjust, shift and move more fluidly in balance with Nature's rhythms. Recycle this ritual more than once for added benefits. Deepen your relationship with nourishment and the wisdom of your feelings with this Creative Ritual. Use the immense silence available at this time to connect more intimately with your needs and your inner wisdom. * Create a list of self care activities that nourish and support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. * Use the four level check in regularly as well as EFT for identifying and moving emotions. 1) Using craypas, paints or pencils, create an image of your nourishment. What does nourishment feel like for you? Create an image that expresses this feeling using colors, textures and shapes. Allow 20 minutes at minimum for this nourishment image. Title your image. 2) Use your image to inspire a movement exploration. Let your body move in response to your nourishment image with an intention of "moving with your feelings of nourishment". What sensations emerge for you during your dance? What awareness? Allow 5 to 10 minutes for this movement exploration. I encourage you to extend this time frame as you recycle this process. 3) Harvesting. In your journal answer these questions: I am, I want, I need, I sense, I feel, I imagine. What deeply nourishes me? What no longer nourishes me? Where do I feel support in my life? Where do I need more support? What am I opening to? What am I closing to? Join me for a *free* Creative Ritual class on Sunday, March 20th in honor of the full Moon, eclipse portal and Holi celebrations. Gather resources to increase your creative potential! Join the List
