The November Full Moon arrives early morning on the 12th at 06:34am MT, while Moon is transiting Aries and Bharani nakshatra. A re-birthing arrives with this cycle- so plan accordingly. Restraint and focus are required in the coming weeks. Clarify your needs and open to something new. This waning cycle will support the shedding and release of your old self, while supporting the arrival of a new, upgraded version of yourself as well. Have you cleared what needs to be released so you can make space for the new? Bharani nakshatra is ruled by Yama, Lord of restraint. He is responsible for judging your karmas after death, determining what direction your soul goes in the after life. He can be cruel with his discernment and does not allow anyone to escape their actions, choices, or behaviors. Yama is the ultimate judge on all levels of life- reminding us that every action has a reaction and a consequence. Interestingly, the constellation of Bharani is symbolized by the Yoni. This is a portion of the sky connected to birthing, bringing forth something new. It is both vulnerable, sensual, and sensitive, as well as immensely powerful and strong. Bharani reminds us that we often we must go through restraint, and restriction in order to clarify and align with a new path, a new direction, a new life. Notice what is being refined right now in your life. Acknowledge where you are feeling pinched, pruned, forced to clarify your needs and desires. Are you being clear about your direction and focus? Do you know where to focus your gaze? Your action steps and energy? Use this waning cycle to clean up your path and purpose. If you are misaligned or being frivolous, Yama will put the smack down and force you to make some hard choices. He will also support ease and fluidity when you are aligned with right action, dharma. Notice what is being supported and what is not. It's time to make some choices about where you want to go, and what you want to create for your life. If you aren't getting the support of Natural Law that you want and need, you need to redirect and pivot. Sun is still debilitated in Libra until the 16th of November, joined by retrograde Mercury and Mars right now. Watch for relationship tensions and seek balance with others. With Venus in Scorpio, an exchange of energy between Venus and Mars takes place for the coming weeks. This supports clarity, precision, and new insights with relationships. Seek transformation and release. Jupiter has officially landed in his own sign, Sagittarius, for the coming year, however he's still in the gandanta of Mula and in sandhi degrees. This is a delicate time for teachers, healers, therapists and those who share knowledge and wisdom with others. You are going through a deep, inner uprooting. Trust the process and reinvent yourself. Creative Ritual Warrior Wisdom: Masking and unmasking the inner warrior. Part 1 1) Start by standing. Feel your feet firmly connected to the earth and notice the ripple-effect this creates throughout the body. Bring presence to your spine, shoulders, chest. Breathe and note your mental experience as you shift your body into a strong standing pose. Be here for a few minutes. 2) Next, assume a "warrior pose" for yourself. What shape does it have? What body parts are being used? What is your connection to earth? To space? How does this effect your mental/emotional bodies? Hold this for a few minutes and take mental notes. Try another "warrior pose" if you'd like to have a contrasting experience. 3) Write it down. Come to your notebook and write some of your thoughts and experiences down. This is "internal tracking" that will inform your process. 4) Next, create a mask for your warrior. Come to your drawing pad. Using paint, craypas, or any other medium that inspires you, create an image of your warrior. Spend 20 minutes on this image. Who is your warrior? What does it offer you? Share with you? Provide you with? How do you feel with this warrior on? What do you do together/not do together? Does your warrior have a name? Part 2 Let part one digest and integrate. When you feel ready, let Part 2 deepen your process. 1) Unmasking. Beginning with gentle movements that awaken somatic awareness, lie on your back and gently lift the chest with an inhale, relax on the exhale. Repeat several times until you feel the chest opening and the shoulder blades responding. Next rock the pelvis with gentle tilts coordinating your movements with inhales and exhales. Find a gentle spinal twist and then move into any series of poses that bring more awareness to breath, spine, and grounding. Take a 5-10 min sivasana to close. 2) Create. When your body excavation is complete, come to your drawing pad. With your warrior mask in mind (or nearby), complete a drawing of what is behind the mask- or the unmasking of your warrior. If you could take off this warrior mask, what would you find? Who is behind the mask? What is there and what does it feel like? What messages does it have for you? If your unmasking could speak, what would it say? 3) Harvest. What did you harvest from this process? What is the wisdom of your warrior? What is the wisdom of unmasking your warrior? How can you hold both? I am on a mission to help sensitive women connect with their inner truth and inner wisdom. To connect with purpose and dharma. We need you now more than ever!

The May new Moon occurs on the 4th at 16:46 MT while Moon is transiting Aries and Bharani nakshatra. This is a cycle of rebirthing, releasing and powerful transformation. There may be laboring in the process of this birthing, but trust that something new is emerging. It will be worth your effort. Something is dying within you. Let it go and create space for the new. This May new Moon in Aries signals a fresh start, a new beginning and a process of opening to a brand new cycle. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. Exalted Sun is here until mid month, while Mercury has just entered a new annual cycle as well. As the Moon empties, releases and darkens, it is signaling the shift towards a new phase of life- physically, mentally and emotionally. Bharani nakshatra is ruled by Yama, lord of death and king of dharma. He determines your karmas at the time of death and encourages self control, restraint and right action. Through alignment with dharma, Yama supports your afterlife and rebirth process. Those who go against Yama will receive the wrath of Natural Law. He judges, rules and enforces the Laws of Nature with unwavering fierceness. Only dharma can win over Yama. His judgement is based on your actions and service in this life. In the waxing cycle to come, you will be asked to let something die. Yama will ask you to rebirth, transform and start anew. You will not be able to do this without letting something go. This process of release will be more painful if you resist or refuse the release taking place. Accept the transformation and allow the changes to arrive. This is a powerful time to declare your powerful intentions for your dharmic path and purpose. Upgrade your actions, choices and behaviors in order to get new, more life supporting results. Clear old, mental programing and thought patterns keeping you stuck in lack and fear. The current transits are supporting an ego-identity shift and the release of very old, ancient structures. Your ability to achieve a positive shift will be determined by your willingness to show up and do the necessary work. Yama's offerings take effort, clarity, focus and a fierce focus on one's service to humanity. Mercury moves out of debilitation and through the tricky gandanta of Ashwini nakshatra just before the New Moon on May 4th. Mercury has been debilitated in Pisces on and off since the end of February. This has caused immense challenges with finances, creativity, imagination, communication and the mental body. If you are under the influence of Mercury, this cycle has likely been particularly challenging. Mercury moves to Aries on May 3rd, completing a year long transit around the zodiac. As this cycle closes, he crosses the threshold between Pisces (water) and Aries (fire), going through intense purification in the process. A cycle has closed. Endings and release are taking place. Make this finale conscious. There is a new beginning taking place with all things Mercury so make it intentional. What needs to be released, closed, grieved? What parts of the mind need your attention in order to start anew? Clean up the mental body and repattern old stories. Your mind and it's outdated programming need an upgrade. And so does your money. As Mercury enters Aries, he joins exalted Sun here for two weeks until Sun moves to Taurus. This combination can bring immense clarity, focus and determination. Set goals and achieve them. Clarify your direction, take action steps that align you with your passions and purpose. Don't miss this energy, but avoid burnout as well. The most auspicious day of the year is May 7th, Akshaya Tritiya. Both Sun and Moon will be exalted. It is said that only positive outcomes can emerge on this day, that there can be no harm. All actions will be fruitful and yield positive results. Luck, success and powerful results occur when you align with the strength of this day. Plan accordingly. This is a powerful day to take action steps towards your biggest desires. Nature will be ready to support you! Stay aligned with the transits and your dharmic path. Join my Embodied Dharma FB Group! Book Your Session: Send me a message to see if I have any openings: swatijrjyotish@gmail.com The November Full Moon arrives Friday the 3rd at 23:22 Mountain Time. Moon transits Aries and Bharani nakshatra, ushering in new beginnings, transformation and release. Mars, Jupiter, debilitated Sun and Venus (now in its own sign) all give their gaze to the Moon. Seek balance, integration and harmony in the weeks ahead. A reminder to not push or force outcomes as it is easy to burn up your life force quickly right now. Less is more. Fortunately Venus and Sun won’t get too close to each other during this transit, but extra self care is important right now anyway. Saturn has newly entered Sagittarius and is in a vulnerable gap right now within Mula nakshatra. Structure and support need your attention as old support systems are deconstructed. Bharani nakshatra is symbolic of death, dying and transformation, as Yama is the ruling deity here. He requests restraint and simplicity, rather than indulgence and extravagance. Yama determines your direction after death and which realm you will end up in. He weighs and measures your karmas in order to make his decision. In this way he is often called Dharmaraja as he determines your dharmic path in the next life time. This is a Ugra constellation, which means it is fierce and severe, promoting harsh or aggressive acts. The Yoni is Bharani's symbol, expressing the harshness of birth and the death process that arrives when we step into the new. Life and death are intimately intertwined and Bharani nakshatra reminds us of this. The vagina is a powerful creative force and is connected to the strength of the Divine Feminine, as well as all women. The birthing process is an act of transformation, release, death and new beginnings. What are you birthing in your life? What are you releasing? In the coming cycle, move towards the nourishment of life and ask for resources and support, guidance and wisdom to help strengthen your inner resolve. Seek balance with inner and outer, silence and dynamism, action and rest. Move closer to your truth and inner wisdom. Lean into your emotional body and let it help you find balance. Navigate deception and illusion by staying connected to your body and its strength. Birth new offerings and share your creative life force energy with others in meaningful ways. The intention of this creative ritual is to spark something within. To solidify your resources and ground you in the sensation of greater self trust. Part I. Coming Home Embodiment Dance. 1. Start your "Coming Home" embodiment dance from standing or lying down. Begin by bringing presence to a body part within you that feels like a resource. Is there a part of your body that provides you with a sense of stability, comfort and nourishment? Can you sense this feeling in your body somewhere? Let this be your primary body part resource for your dance. Then begin to move from this body part. Let it activate and inspire your Coming Home dance. 2. As you continue to move with your primary body part, note how the rest of your body responds. How does it connect to the rest of your body? How does it respond and move with the rest of your body? How does the rest of your body respond to it? Let your dance develop as the rest of your body moves with your primary body part resource. Return to the body part in the close of your dance and note the sensations present by doing a 3 level check in. Take at minimum 10 minutes for this portion of the Creative Ritual.
