The Wisdom of Rahu and Ketu ~for your Dharmic Path

The Wisdom of Rahu and Ketu
~for Your Dharmic Path

Whenever the darkness is not integrated and unified with the light, the effects will not be balanced or harmonious. The shadow always seeks the light and the light will always return to darkness. This is a Law of Nature- as they are one and the same.

Ultimately, Rahu can not be denied, nor Ketu- his counterpart in karmic liberation. One's jyotish chart shows where the shadow is seeking light and how it will bring your awakening.

The blessing of your courageous efforts and your willingness, is finding that within the darkest and most disturbing parts of yourself, you will actually find the missing pieces you are desperately longing for; your whole and empowered life. If you are truly willing to courageously look into your own shadows you will undoubtedly find the very gifts you so desperately long to receive. Your shadows in fact hold the gifts you seek for wholeness, for your dharmic giving, your offerings to the world, and for a meaningful life.

This is What your Karma Tells You About Your Dharma

We all have resistance. Finding the resistance within yourself and within your life, will point the way towards your own shadow parts. Remember that the energy you use to resist your own darkness takes incredible energy to maintain, and is a drain to the vital life force energy that could be put to good use elsewhere. Energy you could put into living your one precious life- actualizing your dreams, taking bold, fulfilling action steps!

We each have an attraction and repulsion dynamic within us-
a push and a pull.

What you desperately long for and desire is the core of your shadow work and points the way to all the pieces of your darkness. What you deeply long for is seeking you in other words. And it's hidden beneath your shadows. This shadow, and working with one's darkness in order to awaken, is the juxtaposition of Rahu (shadow) and Ketu (light) in ones Jyotish chart, and why Rahu is both darkness and compulsions, as well as desires and insatiable needs.

Let Rahu drive you towards your own wholeness. Let him show you what you long for, what you need the most in this life, and let him also show you what you are resisting simultaneously.

Wherever Rahu sits in your jyotish chart (the house, the sign, the planets he interacts with, the nakshatra he resides in etc.) points directly to the main theme of your personal life story. Rahu and Ketu are quite literally karma points and they show you why you have incarnated into this body, into this life, and what you are here to learn. The dance of shadow and light, Rahu and Ketu, fully express your ability and your willingness to grow and awaken in this life time. Will you continue to resist your shadows, your darkness (Rahu)? Or will the compulsion to emerge from the illusions be strong enough to force your awakening and crack you open (Ketu)?

Join My Upcoming Jyotish Masterclass

The power within the shadow is two fold. When you resist your darkness, you refuse and resist the healing and the medicine that your life has to offer. You are essentially refusing and resisting awakening to your most essential gifts. These gifts always reveal your dharma, your life purpose, your reason for being alive, and thus there is an immense reward for your efforts- if you choose to take on the task fully.

However, it is not the path of ease, numbness, ignorance and denial. In order to awaken, you must invite in your shadow parts, continue to go deeper into your darkness in unending cycles, to dive for pearls of truth tirelessly- as though your life depends on it. It does.

This is why aligning with one's dharma, one's true reason for being alive, is not for everyone, and is in fact evasive for most people. For those who thrive on transformation though, the gifts are unending and continue to unfold.

The shadows after all, hold your most potent power, and the wisdom you need for your life and your cycles of death and rebirth. The skill then becomes not just the willingness to go into your shadow, your darkness, but to also know when to let go of it, to release and shift into something new.

Some will never walk into their shadows and bravely peel back the layers of their suffering and pain. For those willing to do this courageous work, you must also remember how to come up for air, to take a breath, to dance with both the darkness and the light, to heal and overcome the vow of brokenness, while continuing to bravely dance with your shadows cyclically.

Clients who come to me are walking this fine edge of wanting to awaken; there is a desire to know what their life means and how to overcome their biggest obstacles- and yet simultaneously there is a strong fear to look. This is the attraction/repulsion dynamic at play, a true expression of Rahu driving us towards answers, yet fearful of what we will find once we get there.

Rahu and Ketu are not planets at all, they are mathematical points on either side of the Moon with rather significant implications on our Self experience.

The Moon is arguably the most influential part of the chart- indicating our experiences within the womb and our relationship with mother, as well as our inner nature.

The Moon is our guide for emotional well being and our connection to our intuitive self. In fact, the Moon is so important to our life experience, the relationship the nodes have with the Moon indicates their impact on our emotional well being- among other things. Rahu and Ketu, the Moon and the rest of the chart, all create our own unique stories, mythologies and individual karmic dramas.

The nodes, as Rahu and Ketu are referred to, are mischievous in nature. They present our karmas to us in this incarnation. Without them, and their very valuable life lessons, we would not have incarnated into a human body. They are essential to this lila, this play of life, that we are involved with in this dimension.

Both Rahu and Ketu have their own unique array of offerings, but because they are shadow "planets" they often evade prediction.

Their nature is to deceive, mystify, to be illusive, and to blind us from our true nature. They represent forces that can't be seen and are the parts of ourselves that go unnoticed and unrecognized. When, and if, the shadow or veil of illusion is removed, and we do see what has been hidden from us, it is often extremely painful.

Rahu and Ketu request that we ask ourselves:
What am I not seeing or what am I not willing to see?
What am I clinging to and unable to let go of?

Studying your jyotish chart is an essential tool for understanding your dharmic path.

This is Why You Aren't Healing.

Are you wondering why you're not healing?

Are you still feeling stuck and lifeless- despite your efforts?

Do you feel like your healing process isn't working fast enough?

Healing requires letting go and releasing. Without a willingness to let go, you won't have space for the new. Grief is a vital part of the process of transformation. Without the grieving process, there can be no space for life.

Most people, however, are resistant to their grief
on multiple levels.

They resist feeling losses that build up on a day to day, year to year, season to season basis. They aren't purging their emotions regularly and do not have a relationship with their inner emotional body waves, cycles and rhythms.

As the grief and undigested emotions pile up, the body gets clogged with grief and all the emotions that have not been processed. The more grief you carry in your body, the less life force you will have access to.

I often remind my clients that your capacity to feel your grief determines your capacity to feel joy.

Most of the clients who come to me start out feeling very disconnected. They tell me they have lost their desire for life, they feel numb, unhappy and lack clarity with their path and purpose. They struggle with relationships, feeling loved, seen and valued.

They want to feel more passion for life! They want to have a direction, a purpose. They want to feel nourished, loved and supported.

As they process and release the undigested grief in their bodies, space is created for more nourishment, joy and life. Through consistent grief work, my clients awaken new doors, new desires, more empowerment and creativity. This is what healing looks like!

Grief is a powerful catalyst for change-
when we know how to use it for healing, transformation and spiritual awakening.

Please watch my Monday FB Live class.
I discuss the importance of the grief process for healing and why so many people are sadly not healing and transforming.

The most important thing about grief that most people do not know is that grief requires witnessing-
in order to release and heal.

In order to heal grief, it must become visible, seen, acknowledged. Grief can not be healed alone!

It requires expression and voice. More importantly your grief must be witnessed by others in order to be fully digested and released. This is where most people lack the support and resources they need to fully heal.

Every month I offer my clients grief rituals to support them in releasing with the waxing and waning Moon cycles.

This month, I'm opening up our final 2018 ritual to the public- in honor of the Solstice.

I am personally inviting you to join us for this powerful end of year ritual for release.

Four Signs Your Relationship Won't Last.

5/31/2018

Picture

Relationships bring growth, change and awakening. Some relationships provide transformation and healing through love, gentleness, and kindness. Other relationships offer insights and awakening through hurt, pain, grief and hardship. Everyone has different karma with relationships. There are even time periods that support more harmonious relationships and timing that does not.

Studying your jyotish chart can be helpful to understand what Nature will support you with- and what She will not. For example, if you are not in a cycle that energetically aligns with starting new relationships, forcing it will only bring more pain and struggle. However, if you are in a cycle that does easily allow relationships to blossom, you will more easily meet new relationships and be receptive to receiving them. This is the difference between winter and spring. In the springtime, flowers open and welcome the bees. They are receptive and alive with nectar. Just like Nature and her cycles, we too have cycles and rhythms that best support and activate certain desires. Trying to start a relationship when you are in a winter cycle will not bring the bees!

Money and relationships are the top two concerns clients come to me with. Both are Venus issues. Venus represents Shakti, or life force energy, in the jyotish chart. It's either flowing and gushing, or slow and trickling. Balance, harmony, love and generosity are qualities of Venus when she can express herself well. When she feels restricted, her energy will feel hard, poor and challenge love, creativity, money and vitality. We need Venus to support the flow of life- literally.

Venus impacts relationships in a variety of ways. We can see in a jyotish chart the expression of Venus and how happy she is. This directly effects how harmonious relationships are. Some people are born with relationship karma that will always hinder harmony, balance, ease and the flow of love. There are also some who easily experience more fluidity with giving and receiving of love. These are the people that tend to attract, align and sustain relationships more easily. Attracting a relationship is often not as challenging as being fulfilled in a relationship. That is why looking at a jyotish chart to see if happiness and harmony are possible will help understand the long term impact of a relationship.

When Venus is impacted by Saturn or Mars, there can be challenges with relationships. This can be through conjunction, gaze or even the constellation Venus lives in. Saturn can stop or delay a relationship, whereas Mars may spark a relationship but it won't last. If Venus is associated with Rahu, relationships may be unusual, unsafe, deceitful, untrustworthy or unusual. Ketu conjunct Venus or offering his gaze to Venus can create sudden shocks, trauma or disconnections as a result of relationships. If Venus is debilitated in your jyotish chart, it will create more vulnerability with all things relationships. An exalted Venus can cause challenges for the opposite reason; too much of a good thing can be painful!

Join my Jyotish Immersion for Healing Relationships.

Friends, partners, lovers and all relationships have a lasting impact on you. Taking on a relationship means taking on someone's energy field. Does it help or hurt you? Does it help you grow or does it set you back and deplete you? Will it help you align with dharma and life goals or keep you from moving forward? Relationships can be powerfully supportive and life changing, or cause irreversible and dangerous setbacks. I have seen clients set themselves back lifetimes because they made a wrong choice in partners. However, the right partner can also move you forward  life times as well.

Picking the right relationship is the key to harmony, the flow of love and inner growth. There are some vital keys for picking a good relationship- whether friend, lover, partner, etc. Deeply listening to your body wisdom is your biggest clue. Through embodiment and somatic resourcing, you can awaken the ability to listen to your body's subtle messages. Clues and insights are always available in your first meeting or interaction. The body will always tell you if it feels safe- or not- but you must be able to hear it. Do you know how to listen and harvest from your inner wisdom?

Learning how to identify who and what a quality relationship feels like, is a life changing skill that can make or break your decisions and choices. There are people who are solid and integrated within. These people make safe, trustworthy partners. Some people are disconnected and disjointed within. These people will not be able to provide a sense of stability and safety for you. They also will not be able to change in order to become safe and solid down the road. A small percentage of these unstable people will eventually be able to change and grow enough to be safe, stable and grounded partners. Knowing what type of person you are working with is key.

A solid, safe and nourishing relationship can't happen without two people who are willing to grow and change. Not sure if you are in a relationship that can provide the growth you are looking for?

Here are four signs that your relationship is challenged. Consider these your red flags!

1) They show you or tell you that they are unavailable- physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

Often from the very beginning of the relationship, an unavailable person will give you clear signals (or even tell you directly) that they are unavailable. Are they just getting out of a previous relationship and still attached? Are they emotionally distant or detached from their body wisdom? Do they look or feel like they are far, far away? Do they use drugs and alcohol to avoid, distract or disconnect from themselves and the world?

The signs of an unavailable person are always detectable. Getting clear on what it feels like to be truly connected with an engaged, available and present person is the medicine for helping you change the pattern of picking unavailable people.

2) Imbalances with giving and receiving.

This is the most common relationship red flag I encounter with my clients. One person in the relationship is giving way more than the other person. Eventually the divide gets so wide, no one is getting their needs met and the malnourishment destroys the relationship as well as the individuals involved.

Do you feel like you give more than you receive? Why are you over-giving? Do you feel like your relationship would end if you stopped giving? Do you feel depleted or run-down in this relationship? Is your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual well-being challenged in this relationship? These are all reminders that your relationship is not balanced and the flow of Shakti is not supporting you. Something will need to change or this imbalance will seriously implications for your mind, body and spirit adversely.

3) Challenges with communication.

It goes without saying that communication sustains a relationship. Good communication brings closeness, a sense of togetherness, support, alignment and harmony. Lack of communication or poor communication can destroy a relationship faster than anything else. Good communication is a skill. Most people are not born as great communicators. It requires a willingness to learn, acquire new language and listening. Above all communication requires excellent listening abilities.

If you don't have a desire to become a good communicator, your relationships will always struggle. Pick partners who also choose to strengthen their communication and listening skills. Relationships who don't want to deepen this skill will prove more challenging than helpful. Non violent communication is an excellent resource to help you and your relationships have more harmonious dialogue.

4) Spiritual incongruence

Most people at the beginning of a relationship overlook this warning sign. However spiritual alignment is what sustains a relationship long after the sparks fade. Without a similar world view and orientation to the universe, a relationship will not be able to deepen or hold you- especially in the most challenging of times. Spiritual alignment is vital for seeing, feeling and awakening togetherness, hope, faith and connection.

It's impossible to see perfectly eye to eye in every relationship, but spiritual alignment can go a long way to help a relationship feel more stable and lasting. Relationships that have a similar spiritual awareness will have a solid foundation. This strength will prove to be the glue through loss, grief, hardship, heartache and challenges. Spiritual congruence can't be forced. It's either there or it isn't.

Seek relationships that honor you, support you and feel safe on a deep, core level. Aligning with like minds and hearts, means that you can walk together for many years to come. Attracting solid, stable and integrated people into your life will support your growth, healing and inner wisdom. The biggest challenge is changing old beliefs, patterns and behaviors so that you can align with true nourishment. Be willing to do your healing work so that you can upgrade what you think is possible for your self and your path.

I'll be sharing more insights about how to pick quality, nourishing relationships in my Jyotish Immersion for Healing Relationships. I will also share resources and tools to help you heal, grow and awaken your inner wisdom. Learn how to deepen your self trust and listening skills!

How to Use Jyotish Wisdom to Heal Your Body

How to Use Jyotish Wisdom to Heal Your Body

Most people think of Jyotish Astrology as a means of charting the planets, the stars, the movements of the heavens. For those of us who subscribe to this very ancient body of Vedic knowledge though, we understand that there is a correlation between the cosmos and our own inner nature, our experience of life. There is a connection between the macrocosm and the microcosm, the two are not separate, but dance, mingle and co-create. This divine interplay is what makes studying Jyotish so valuable.

I use Jyotish as a means of explaining and exploring the inner being, the inner realms of our own felt experience. In fact all of my transit reports are a reflection of my own experience with the cosmos, my own expression of their movement. This is why the consciousness of the Jyotishi is of the utmost importance; traditionally, the life of the astrologer has been one of constant purification and refinement, so as to "see" more and more clearly. Jyotish after all is the science of light, the science of vision, sight.

If we can use the wisdom of Jyotish to see within ourselves, our consciousness, we can use this awareness for healing insights as well. Truthfully, Jyotish is so vast and all-encompassing, it includes all expressions of our humanity- our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, or the four bodies. I share more about this unique correlation in my article on sensitivity.

Quite literally the Jyotish chart (I strictly use a North Indian style chart) shares in detail the connection to our various bodies- through the planets, houses and even the nakshatras. We could even say that each one of these pieces of jyotish wisdom connects to one of the four bodies, so that ultimately when we are looking at our jyotish chart we are looking at a web of energies, a web of our own cosmic energies.

The multiple layers of the chart are so interwoven, it is this complexity that we study in Jyotish in order to see the many relationships between energies and how they express themselves uniquely through us. This is a nuanced and intuitive awareness that comes with much studying, clarity and inner vision. I believe in fact that this gift is possible for each one of us to embrace; it is after all connected to our intuition, our felt senses, our inner knowing. This is a refinement process we can learn and create.

One of my greatest passions is helping others awaken to their own cosmic nature- studying one's jyotish chart gives us that ability. I encourage all of my clients to study their own charts, in fact, I believe that is really the whole point of Jyotish! To know ourselves, truly, inside and out. To awaken to our own cosmic nature!

This is why I'm offering my ongoing classes, Jyotish Basics for Transformation and Healing. So that you can begin to awaken to the wisdom of your own existence, your path, the effects of the transits, and how to track these changes within you. Get all the details about my Jyotish Basics classes here.

Because I bridge my Jyotish knowledge with the wisdom of the body, as well as the creative arts, I use the Jyotish chart a resource specifically to study the physical body and its myriad of expressions. My embodiment work is deeply intertwined with body part metaphors and the implications this has on our life experience. Therefor the connection one's chart has with specific body parts is of the utmost fascination and importance for me.

We can look at the body part connections within the chart from multiple lenses- whether it be through the houses, the planets or the nakshatras. To keep it simple, I'll share in this article the specific body parts that are connected to specific houses in the chart, as this is a wonderful first step for identification purposes.

We can then connect the houses of our own chart to our own specific body parts. If for example you are having hand pain, you would look to the third house to see what is effecting the "house of hands." There is also a natural connection to Gemini as well because Gemini correlates to the number three, or the third house. The body parts (and houses) also connect us to specific chakras as well. For now, let's just stick to the houses and their correlating body parts and keep it simple.

First House: Head and face
Second House: Throat, neck and mouth
Third House: Hands, arms and shoulders
Fourth House: Chest, heart, lungs, breasts
Fifth House: Upper stomach, solar plexus
Sixth House: Lower abdomen
Seventh House: Pelvic bowl and organs therein
Eighth House: Sexual organs, genitals, excretory organs
Ninth House: Legs but specifically thighs
Tenth House: Knees
Eleventh House: Calves, ankles
Twelfth House: Feet

My work specifically includes a synergy of Jyotish wisdom, embodiment tools and art therapy resources, so working with body parts specifically is highly useful for making diagnosis and prescriptions for my clients. Often we can get ample wisdom from the body itself, and then take that information back to the chart for deeper investigation. It's this cross checking that becomes a very potent healing and transformation tool.

To give you an example of this, I'll share a Creative Ritual here so you can get started with the self tracking process. We will be working directly with these tools in my Jyotish Basics Classes for Transformation and Healing. If you want to grow in the wisdom of your body and its cosmic intelligence, I strongly encourage you to join me for these Sunday classes. Register here.

It will also help if you have your own North Indian style chart to study. If you need a copy of your chart,
I offer this service here.

Creative Ritual

Self Tracking, Learning from the Wisdom of the Body

{Audio recording below}

1) Sit, stand or lay down. Close your eyes and fall into the rhythm of your breath. Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the waves of breath moving in and out of your body. Take some time to relax into this rhythm.

2) As the body moves to greater stillness and relaxation through breath awareness, locate a sensation in the body. This sensation might show up as a tingling, a pulsing, or a sense of vibration. There might even be a color, a shape, a sound or a word that arrives in connection to the body part. Listen and honor whatever arrives for you. Don't filter the messages, judge or critique them. Your only job is to listen right now.
Be curious, be interested, and be present to the body's messages. What body part emerges?
What sensations are arriving? What messages are shared?

Take note of this wisdom coming to you from your body.

3) Create an image of this physical body sensation that arrived through your self tracking. Use craypas or paint and put your experience on paper- so as to transfer the felt senses into a tangible, visual expression. This is a powerful part of the process and one that can shift us into deeper awareness of our body wisdom.

4) Once your image is complete, give it a title. Now, let it speak.
What does your image have to share with you? If your image could speak, what would it say?

5) Pull out your Jyotish chart. What body part emerged in your self tracking exploration? What house of the chart is connected to this body part? Study this house within your chart. What do you notice?
We can analyze the experience of the house by noting:
What planets are sitting there, if any? What sign is located in this house? Do any planets give their drishti (gaze)? Finally, note the current transits and what planets might be effecting this house currently.

Your body is sharing with you a very specific message. This message is directly connected to your needs, your desires, your deep longing for nourishment, comfort, safety and support on some core level. When we can access the wisdom of the body directly, we get very clear, unfiltered messages and insights.
The cosmic intelligence of the jyotish chart can then help us further identify what is impacting us both macrocosmically and microcosmically. This is the vital information we need for deepening our healing and transformation process.

How to Mend Your Broken Heart.

In many ways I haven't been fully honest or truthful with you, my full, authentic self. I share a lot of resources for empowerment, self development and life improvement because I believe strongly that life is about growth, change and transformation. Resources are necessary, vital, in order to open new pathways of healing.

The resources I share with my clients are very powerful. I use them myself and have heard countless stories from clients who have had remarkable shifts and life changing results. I know the power of the resources and tools that I use and.....I'm also struggling.

Yes, I have resources that work, and I am also still facing challenges. I am struggling with loss, with lifelong grief, with parts of my life that can't be reconciled.

Several months ago I realize that the only way to reconcile with the losses I've endured, is to reconcile with the fact that I won't be able to reconcile with them. This actually gave me some relief. I'm working through a lot of pain, and it's important that I'm honest about this because it shapes the work that I offer, the tools I share, the guidance I give.

Recently I've started to recognize an important thread with my work. The clients that are showing up for sessions, are in fact moving through grief just like me. In many ways their stories mirror my own. Not surprising really because this is the path of Dharma.

If you are fully paying attention on your dharmic path, you will notice that there's always overlap between your own process and the process of those you are supporting and serving.

These are the dharmic teachings that I offer and continue to experience on my own path. Not surprisingly, it is showing up to remind me that grief is part of my dharmic work. I must not neglect this part of my story, this part of my struggle, this part of by ongoing day-to-day experience in life.

This past weekend, I attended another community grief ritual and peeled back another layer of my grief, found more release and faced more of my shadow. I consider this brave and courageous work. Necessary work.

The truth is, when you work with your grief as a resource, it becomes highly transformational. Working with your grief can heal you, your family members, ancestral line and the world at large. When inner suffering is not addressed and confronted, it becomes a toxic residue with lasting impact on yourself and others. This toxicity will be passed on to others, including future generations.

I know many of you are moving through grief consciously or unconsciously, and struggling to use it as a resource for awakening. The reality is that everyone has a grief story- whether it's acute, whether it's familial, ancestral or simply the accumulation of life losses.

Using grief as a resource for change is a powerful transformational ally. My healing work includes working with loss, grief, suffering, struggle and the shadow because I know the importance this has on ones ability to grow.

In the coming days, I'll be sharing more about the shadow, about struggle and how to work with your inner darkness more intimately. Be sure to sign up for my *free* Full Moon Creative Ritual class for extra resources. Join the List.

Grief is a part of the shadow. It is a resource that can bring more light, but is extremely challenging to work with. It's delicate and intimately vulnerable and yet it undeniably shapes us. It gives opportunity for awakening- if we use it very consciously. Yet some of the pain, some of the residue of loss will remain, irregardless of the tools, the resources, and the work that we do to heal.

Call it the karma of being in a human body or call it the purpose of grief, or both. It is here with us on this journey. Life and grief go hand in hand.

The simple fact, for example, that you're loved one will not return, will not ever come back, or be in a human body again, is a part of the grief process that is most challenging. How to reconcile with this reality? How to mend a broken heart that can't be repaired? Is it even possible with this type of loss?

In one's jyotish chart, Ketu is responsible for causing cracks in the being. These cracks can ultimately be places where more light can enter, more awareness, more vision, clarity or new options and possibilities. Ketu can also represent trauma points in the being- mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually- depending on what he touches. He disrupts, restructures, creates forced release, and ultimately liberation. But he will always leave a scar, the scar of his loss.

How do you work with the scar of loss? How can you use it consciously for healing, awakening and growth? Rather than contracting, closing, avoiding, shutting down or becoming frozen?

It's possible to move forward. It's possible to reshape, to re-create, then reshape some more. It's possible to use the emptiness as a resource for delicately, intimately filling it with sacred intentional actions, choices, experiences, relationships. And yet there will always be a hole.

The real question becomes: how to reconcile with the hole- the hole in your heart. How to very consciously and intentionally tend to this hole, this vulnerable, tender wound. That's where my resources can support you. That's where consistent guidance, vigilance, willingness, inner resourcing and group support can be invaluable.

As we move through this eclipse portal in the coming days, you will be forced to face your shadows in more intimate ways. Everyone- conscious or not- will be touched by the shadow in unique ways, depending on their their own chart. Read more about the specifics for each sign in my Waxing Moon Horoscopes. Do you have a membership yet?

I'll be sharing extra resources guidance and support during this eclipse portal, knowing that everyone is going to be challenged and provoked in ways that will be uncomfortable. Even in the discomfort, try to remind yourself that there is choice. Choice in your response. Choice in your actions. Choice in how you choose to move forward with your one precious  life.

Do you show up fully or turn your back on emotions, stories, messages, pains and struggles? How do you honor your grief with consciousness?

If you're ready for guidance and resources, I am here to support your journey and process of transformation. Ask me about my personal sessions.

How to mend a broken heart while tending to your grief:

- Go slow and take sacred pauses with deep breaths.

- Lean into your vulnerability.

- Remove the masks that keep you pretending.

- Allow emotions to rise, to swell, to move through you, to move you.

- Use movement as a support, as a resource for containment and release.

- Get embodied. Stay in the body as much as you can.

- Use sensation as a resource for continual arriving.

- Be honest with yourself and others.

- Communicate your needs clearly.

- Ask for tenderness, ask for support, ask for your needs to be met.

- If it doesn't work for you, honor this and let it go.

- You have changed. Start acknowledging this concretely. Remind others you are not the same person anymore if necessary.

- Let go of old expectations you've had for yourself, for others.

- Reach out for new resources. Your needs are different now, you'll need different resources as well.

- Go slow and take sacred pauses with deep breaths.
