⚡️Does your business feel slow to grow?

⚡️Do you question if you’re on the “right” path?

⚡️Are you still not sure what your gifts and wisdom are?

⚡️Do you feel disconnected, uncertain, confused about your purpose in life?

⚡️Do you find yourself constantly doubting yourself and your offerings?

⚡️Do you wish someone could just tell you what your purpose is?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, it’s time to come back to your body and its wisdom.

We all need tools, guidance and support on the dharmic path. We will certainly need resources and help growing our businesses and sharing our offerings.

But if you find yourself constantly seeking answers from outside of your own body, or looking to others for validation and insights, you are actually imbalanced.

Dharma is such an individual process and journey. Your life purpose and the gifts and wisdom you are here to share are unique to you and your ancestors. There’s only one of you!

This is why I encourage you to resource from your own body wisdom and listen to your own inner wisdom. You will find the answers you seek within your own body. Sourcing from your own body is vital for creating a nourishing path!!

Your business will only expand at a rate that feels safe within your body. So honoring your body and its needs becomes nonnegotiable when we want to expand, grow, create, or receive even more nourishment in life.

Look for these signs along the way to determine if you are moving closer to harmony with your path and purpose, or if you are moving away from it.

Why Your Pricing Matters + Four Ways to Create Pricing That Feels Good

11/13/2020

Money is life force energy. It's an exchange of energy between you and your clients or customers. How we use our life force energy matters. Who we share our life force energy with also matters. Your offerings, and the money you receive for them, are a way to be nourished, supported, fulfilled, safe, overflowing.

When we don't price our offerings properly, we can end up malnourished. This malnourishment can show up as burnout, resentment, fatigue, numbing, disappointment, anger, grief, or simply not getting your needs met fully. Money as life force means that we need to honor our money like we do our life force energy, our body and its wisdom. I love money because it's a reflector, a mirror. Your money will always show you exactly how you feel, and the shadow emotions you may not be looking at.

Pause for a moment and think about your offerings. Your goods, services, products, offerings, creations.

How does it feel to share your gifts and wisdom with others? Do you feel like you are being compensated fully? Do you feel ease and joy receiving money for your offerings? Do you feel full and overflowing?

If not, some adjustments need to be made so that your life force is being honored and supported.

Often the biggest AHA I hear from clients comes when we adjust the structure of their offering to honor their body and its needs AND find pricing that both feels good to them and their body. I see far too many women who are unclear on their financial needs, and who undercut their own receiving. This is a very old patriarchal, misogynistic, and colonialistic mindset that keeps women in lack generation after generation. You do not need martyr yourself, over give, starve, or be depleted when sharing your dharmic gifts and wisdom. Your dharma and the money you receive from sharing your gifts, is a source of nourishment, support, creativity, safety, ease. Honoring the wisdom of your body is a powerful way to adjust your pricing and your nourishment.

There is no one size fits all approach to pricing. I often hear business models and business approaches that do not take into consideration the body, its needs, the embodied wisdom you are expressing, nor the legacy you provide. Everyone's needs are different and we should approach pricing in the same way. Making more money does not make you a better person, or more enlightened. Pricing is an individual process that can support your growth, transformation and healing- if used properly. Remember that your pricing should support your overall wholeness and nourishment.

Here are four considerations when pricing your offerings:

- Your Value

The gifts, wisdom and tools you share with the world have required immense time, energy, and willingness on your part. Likely it's taken years for you to have this level of embodied awareness. You've been through so many obstacles, transformations, and overcome so many challenges on your path. The education you've cultivated in your life has come mostly from lived experience. This is part of the value you offer and provide to others.

Also consider how much of your embodied value- your inner knowing and inner wisdom- comes from your ancestors. Without the gifts that they have passed down to you epigenetically, you would have no dharma, no purpose, no unique offering. The ancestors are a vital part of your Value and must be acknowledged as part of the vast awareness you bring to this world. Your pricing should honor the value of your gifts, wisdom, ancestors, and all the learning you've gathered thus far in your life.

Does your current pricing honor your full embodied value? How have your ancestors influenced your gifts, wisdom, and offerings?

- Your Energy

Your energy is your life force. It's your body wisdom and all the power and strength of who you are in this body and life. Your pricing should honor the energy you use with your offerings, as well as the energy required to take care of your body, wisdom and gifts. Your self care and spiritual practices are part of how you maintain your energy and gifts. When you are depleted and burned out, you will have nothing to offer, and no energy to share or connect in meaningful ways.

Your pricing should reflect the time and energy you spend offering your gifts, as well as the time and energy it takes to maintain your body, emotions, mind, and spirit. In other words, your pricing should allow you to attend to your wholeness. Dharma is your wholeness, which means you can not offer from an empty cup and still be nourished. Receiving money for your offerings and gifts is part of your nourishment and supports your wholeness.

Does your current pricing honor your whole body and all its needs? Are you receiving what you need in order to take care of your body, mind, emotions and spirit?

- Your Needs

Yes, your needs are part of your pricing strategy. Honoring what you need to live a comfortable, safe, healthy, and nourishing life is why you make money. Taking into consideration what you need- on all levels of your life- is part of how we create our pricing and dharmic offerings. Your needs must be part of the equation. Everyone has very different needs and so there can't be only one way to price your offerings.

Every woman must know her numbers though. Being able to tangibly clarify what your financial needs are is vital for your pricing. Clarify your monthly expenses and what you need for savings, paying off debts, getting all your basic needs met, getting taxes paid on time. Based on this number, figure out your annual financial goal. Your monthly and annual goals can be used to figure out how many clients, products, packages, etc you need in order to get your needs met.

Most of the women I meet don't know how much money they actually need to make for their needs to be met. Their current pricing doesn't fully support the needs they actually have and they find themselves in lack and ongoing malnourishment. You must know how much you need before we can even address your pricing strategy and growth strategies.

Do you know how much money you actually need to make? Does your current pricing honor all of your needs- including your energy and your body? Do you find yourself underpricing so you can sell more or giving your gifts away for free? Are you afraid to ask for what you really need?

- Your Legacy

Legacy takes into consideration past, present and future. Much of your legacy comes from your ancestors. The majority of the embodied gifts you carry with you are given to you by the ancestors. This is part of who you are and what you offer the world. You've also gathered an immense amount of knowledge and wisdom on your path so far. This is part of your offering as well. The gifts, wisdom, tools, and knowledge you provide will support a ripple effect on this planet.

Think about all the lives you will touch by offering your medicine. Every life you touch will touch countless other lives as well. You are planting seeds that may come into fruition many years to come. You are supporting souls in their growth and transformation process and that will impact their families, children, partners, friends, community and beyond. You are increasing the quality of life for your clients and offering resources that will prevent more struggle, suffering, and pain. How much is this worth- to you, your clients, the world? For the most part, the positive shifts we support our clients with are truly priceless. Considering your legacy impact in your pricing equation, however, must be honored.
Does your current pricing truly honor your legacy and the lasting impact you provide? What is the legacy you want to provide for your clients and the world?

Can You Answer These Five Questions?

Jyotish is a Sanskrit word that translates as the study of light (Jyoti means light).

Rooted in a tradition that can be traced back thousands of years, Jyotish has a very long history of being a tool of self discovery and awakening.

For thousands of years, Jyotish has been used as a powerful tool for clarifying dharma. The purpose of Jyotish has always been to keep the soul connected to its purpose so it does not lose sight of how to awaken in this lifetime. It's so easy to get lost, distracted, and unclear with so much maya (illusion) in the body. If used properly, Jyotish supports clarity and understanding so the light of the soul can be illuminated.

If You Can Answer These Five Questions,
You Can Clarify Your Dharma.

Do you have an accurate birth time?

An exact birth time is vital for creating an accurate jyotish chart. This means you know the exact timing of your birth, location, and date. Your jyotish chart is a map of the eastern horizon at the time of your birth. This map indicates your souls karma in this lifetime.

Can you identify your rising sign?

Your rising sign, or ascendant, determines the overall structure of your entire birth chart. If you can identify your rising sign, you can clarify the other important parts of the chart. Your ascendant shares a lot about you as a person and how you view the world.

Can you identify the twelve houses of the jyotish chart?

Every house has a very specific meaning and purpose. Each house has a direct connection to your body and life experiences. Knowing the houses and their meanings is vital for unpacking your purpose and path.

Do you know what the twelve signs of the zodiac are?

If you can identify the twelve signs of the zodiac, you can clarify important layers and themes of your jyotish chart. Understanding the signs and where they live in your chart is important when unpacking your houses and planetary expressions.

Can you locate the nine planets in your chart?

The flavors of the planets and where they live in your jyotish chart give a lot of valuable information to you about who you are and how you experience the world. The subtleties and nuances of their placements offer valuable details about your path and purpose in this life time.

Studying your jyotish chart is an essential tool for understanding your dharmic path.

The Wisdom of Rahu and Ketu ~for your Dharmic Path

7/31/2020

The Wisdom of Rahu and Ketu
~for Your Dharmic Path

Whenever the darkness is not integrated and unified with the light, the effects will not be balanced or harmonious. The shadow always seeks the light and the light will always return to darkness. This is a Law of Nature- as they are one and the same.

Ultimately, Rahu can not be denied, nor Ketu- his counterpart in karmic liberation. One's jyotish chart shows where the shadow is seeking light and how it will bring your awakening.

The blessing of your courageous efforts and your willingness, is finding that within the darkest and most disturbing parts of yourself, you will actually find the missing pieces you are desperately longing for; your whole and empowered life. If you are truly willing to courageously look into your own shadows you will undoubtedly find the very gifts you so desperately long to receive. Your shadows in fact hold the gifts you seek for wholeness, for your dharmic giving, your offerings to the world, and for a meaningful life.

This is What your Karma Tells You About Your Dharma

We all have resistance. Finding the resistance within yourself and within your life, will point the way towards your own shadow parts. Remember that the energy you use to resist your own darkness takes incredible energy to maintain, and is a drain to the vital life force energy that could be put to good use elsewhere. Energy you could put into living your one precious life- actualizing your dreams, taking bold, fulfilling action steps!

We each have an attraction and repulsion dynamic within us-
a push and a pull.

What you desperately long for and desire is the core of your shadow work and points the way to all the pieces of your darkness. What you deeply long for is seeking you in other words. And it's hidden beneath your shadows. This shadow, and working with one's darkness in order to awaken, is the juxtaposition of Rahu (shadow) and Ketu (light) in ones Jyotish chart, and why Rahu is both darkness and compulsions, as well as desires and insatiable needs.

Let Rahu drive you towards your own wholeness. Let him show you what you long for, what you need the most in this life, and let him also show you what you are resisting simultaneously.

Wherever Rahu sits in your jyotish chart (the house, the sign, the planets he interacts with, the nakshatra he resides in etc.) points directly to the main theme of your personal life story. Rahu and Ketu are quite literally karma points and they show you why you have incarnated into this body, into this life, and what you are here to learn. The dance of shadow and light, Rahu and Ketu, fully express your ability and your willingness to grow and awaken in this life time. Will you continue to resist your shadows, your darkness (Rahu)? Or will the compulsion to emerge from the illusions be strong enough to force your awakening and crack you open (Ketu)?

Join My Upcoming Jyotish Masterclass

The power within the shadow is two fold. When you resist your darkness, you refuse and resist the healing and the medicine that your life has to offer. You are essentially refusing and resisting awakening to your most essential gifts. These gifts always reveal your dharma, your life purpose, your reason for being alive, and thus there is an immense reward for your efforts- if you choose to take on the task fully.

However, it is not the path of ease, numbness, ignorance and denial. In order to awaken, you must invite in your shadow parts, continue to go deeper into your darkness in unending cycles, to dive for pearls of truth tirelessly- as though your life depends on it. It does.

This is why aligning with one's dharma, one's true reason for being alive, is not for everyone, and is in fact evasive for most people. For those who thrive on transformation though, the gifts are unending and continue to unfold.

The shadows after all, hold your most potent power, and the wisdom you need for your life and your cycles of death and rebirth. The skill then becomes not just the willingness to go into your shadow, your darkness, but to also know when to let go of it, to release and shift into something new.

Some will never walk into their shadows and bravely peel back the layers of their suffering and pain. For those willing to do this courageous work, you must also remember how to come up for air, to take a breath, to dance with both the darkness and the light, to heal and overcome the vow of brokenness, while continuing to bravely dance with your shadows cyclically.

Clients who come to me are walking this fine edge of wanting to awaken; there is a desire to know what their life means and how to overcome their biggest obstacles- and yet simultaneously there is a strong fear to look. This is the attraction/repulsion dynamic at play, a true expression of Rahu driving us towards answers, yet fearful of what we will find once we get there.

Join my August Jyotish Masterclass at 50% OFF

Rahu and Ketu are not planets at all, they are mathematical points on either side of the Moon with rather significant implications on our Self experience.

The Moon is arguably the most influential part of the chart- indicating our experiences within the womb and our relationship with mother, as well as our inner nature.

The Moon is our guide for emotional well being and our connection to our intuitive self. In fact, the Moon is so important to our life experience, the relationship the nodes have with the Moon indicates their impact on our emotional well being- among other things. Rahu and Ketu, the Moon and the rest of the chart, all create our own unique stories, mythologies and individual karmic dramas.

The nodes, as Rahu and Ketu are referred to, are mischievous in nature. They present our karmas to us in this incarnation. Without them, and their very valuable life lessons, we would not have incarnated into a human body. They are essential to this lila, this play of life, that we are involved with in this dimension.

Both Rahu and Ketu have their own unique array of offerings, but because they are shadow "planets" they often evade prediction.

Their nature is to deceive, mystify, to be illusive, and to blind us from our true nature. They represent forces that can't be seen and are the parts of ourselves that go unnoticed and unrecognized. When, and if, the shadow or veil of illusion is removed, and we do see what has been hidden from us, it is often extremely painful.

Rahu and Ketu request that we ask ourselves:
What am I not seeing or what am I not willing to see?
What am I clinging to and unable to let go of?

Studying your jyotish chart is an essential tool for understanding your dharmic path.

June New Moon Wisdom + Creative Ritual + Podcast

6/2/2016

Picture

The June new Moon is at 21:00 MDT on Saturday the 4th, while the Moon is in Taurus, it's exaltation sign. Moon will be in strong degrees, in Rohini nakshatra which may give rise to both the need for silence and dynamism. Confusion between inner and outer may be present in the cycle to come. Finding balance between external needs and internal needs will be important for the first half of the month.

At the time of the new Moon, Sun, Moon and Venus are all in exact degrees, placed in the highly creative Moon-ruled nakshatra, Rohini. All three planets receive direct gaze from retrograde Saturn and Mars, adding pressure and heat to the mix. There is a deep purification process happening with relationships, money, comfort and support in this waxing cycle. Clarify what you are creating, burn away what doesn't serve or honor your needs, turn the discomfort into resource for inner and outer change.

Rohini nakshatra is highly creative star, which sparks potent manifestation capabilities. It can offer resources- if you know how to use your inner Creative Intelligence properly. Lord Brahma and his feminine counterpart Saraswati, rule this domain, creating and supporting manifestation, bringing desires into form. Deep feelings and intense emotions are also possible as a result of the Moon ruling this constellation. After all, feelings and emotions are potent manifestation resources. How do you use your Creative Intelligence? Attend diligently to your inner waters in the cycle ahead. It will be easy to misdirect your energy with the excessive emotional energy. Don't burn out your life force energy with too much externalized effort.

Taurus correlates to the 2nd house of the jyotish chart, the Bhava of speech, voice and mouth. It's also the house of self expression, nourishment and receiving as mouth is the portal for being fed life. Money, wealth, resources, comfort and support are also connected to the second house. As an earth sign, Taurus desires to bring creative energy into form. Understanding the process of manifestation is soul purpose of the Taurus energy. Look to your own chart to see where Taurus is located. This is where the Moon is transiting at the time of the new Moon. It's also a place that can support your creative manifestation process. What are the resources? What are the challenges?

If you want to learn more about your 2nd house karmas and how to overcome blockages hindering you from being well fed by life, please join me for my June Jyotish Astrology Classes.
Get the Details.

In the cycle to come, cleaning up relationship challenges will be important as well as looking at all the places within you that are stuck, resistant and avoiding deep nourishment. The challenging mirrors coming to you are parts of yourself that need to be honored more fully, loved and accepted. Where are you blocking being in deeper relationship with yourself? Your relationship with your inner power is connected to financial concerns. Where are you not clearly seeing your potential? What steps must be taken in order to awaken from your slumber? You need more support and stability. Ask for it. Allow your self to receive. Where are you still malnourished and refusing guidance, support and the deep presence you long for? What resources do you need in order to move beyond these old stories of lack? Your heart wisdom will show you the way, but you must be willing to lean into your most painful parts within. Extra support is imperative in the cycle to come. Start reaching out.

* All timing is in Mountain Daylight Time- one hour ahead of Pacific Time, one hour behind Central Time and two hours behind Eastern Time.

June New Moon Creative Ritual
+ Podcast

Money, love and creativity are all ruled by Venus- and rightfully so. These three powerful factors in our lives can bring joy or misery, abundance, or little more than a drop. Money, love and creativity are all determined by our ability to give and receive, or quite literally, the amount of flow and fluidity we are working with; the fluidity we are able to use and able to harness. This is why Venus is also connected to water, the most vital life-giving resource for us. Without water in the physical body, we have death. Death is lack of life of course, so the more vitality and life-giving forces we invite into our beings, the more life, fluidity and flow we experience as a result.

The pelvis (and organs therein) as well as the second chakra, are the physical containers of money, love and creativity. If we are feeling a lack in any one of these areas, we need to address the physical issues connected to them as well. But the first chakra, and the body parts included in the first chakra (every thing from the pubic bone down to the feet), is perhaps the most vital part of the manifestation process.
Read more about the manifestation process.

Creative Ritual

1) Sit, stand or lay down. Close your eyes and fall into the rhythm of your breath. Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the waves of breath moving in and out of your body.
Take some time to relax into this rhythm.

2) As the body moves to greater stillness and relaxation through breath awareness, locate a sensation in the body. This sensation might show up as a tingling, a pulsing, or a sense of vibration. There might even be a color, a shape, a sound or a word that arrives in connection to the body part. Listen and honor whatever arrives for you. Don't filter the messages, judge or critique them. Your only job is to listen right now. Be curious, be interested, and be present to the body's messages.

What body part emerges?
What sensations are arriving?
What messages are shared?

Take note of this wisdom coming to you from your body.

3) Create an image of this physical body sensation that arrived through your self tracking.
Use craypas or paint and put your experience on paper- so as to transfer the felt senses into a tangible, visual expression. This is a powerful part of the process and one that can shift us into deeper awareness of our body wisdom.

4) Once your image is complete, give it a title. Now, let it speak.
What does your image have to share with you?

If your image could speak, what would it say?

5) Pull out your Jyotish chart. What body part emerged in your self tracking exploration?
What house of the chart is connected to this body part?
Study this house within your chart.
What do you notice?
Read more about using the jyotish chart for healing your body.

We can analyze the experience of the house by noting:
What planets are sitting there, if any? What sign is located in this house? Do any planets give their drishti (gaze)? Finally, note the current transits and what planets might be effecting this house currently.

Your body is sharing with you a very specific message. This message is directly connected to your needs, your desires, your deep longing for nourishment, comfort, safety and support on some core level. When we can access the wisdom of the body directly, we get very clear, unfiltered messages and insights.

How to Use Jyotish Wisdom to Heal Your Body

Most people think of Jyotish Astrology as a means of charting the planets, the stars, the movements of the heavens. For those of us who subscribe to this very ancient body of Vedic knowledge though, we understand that there is a correlation between the cosmos and our own inner nature, our experience of life. There is a connection between the macrocosm and the microcosm, the two are not separate, but dance, mingle and co-create. This divine interplay is what makes studying Jyotish so valuable.

I use Jyotish as a means of explaining and exploring the inner being, the inner realms of our own felt experience. In fact all of my transit reports are a reflection of my own experience with the cosmos, my own expression of their movement. This is why the consciousness of the Jyotishi is of the utmost importance; traditionally, the life of the astrologer has been one of constant purification and refinement, so as to "see" more and more clearly. Jyotish after all is the science of light, the science of vision, sight.

If we can use the wisdom of Jyotish to see within ourselves, our consciousness, we can use this awareness for healing insights as well. Truthfully, Jyotish is so vast and all-encompassing, it includes all expressions of our humanity- our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, or the four bodies. I share more about this unique correlation in my article on sensitivity.

Quite literally the Jyotish chart (I strictly use a North Indian style chart) shares in detail the connection to our various bodies- through the planets, houses and even the nakshatras. We could even say that each one of these pieces of jyotish wisdom connects to one of the four bodies, so that ultimately when we are looking at our jyotish chart we are looking at a web of energies, a web of our own cosmic energies.

The multiple layers of the chart are so interwoven, it is this complexity that we study in Jyotish in order to see the many relationships between energies and how they express themselves uniquely through us. This is a nuanced and intuitive awareness that comes with much studying, clarity and inner vision. I believe in fact that this gift is possible for each one of us to embrace; it is after all connected to our intuition, our felt senses, our inner knowing. This is a refinement process we can learn and create.

One of my greatest passions is helping others awaken to their own cosmic nature- studying one's jyotish chart gives us that ability. I encourage all of my clients to study their own charts, in fact, I believe that is really the whole point of Jyotish! To know ourselves, truly, inside and out. To awaken to our own cosmic nature!

This is why I'm offering my ongoing classes, Jyotish Basics for Transformation and Healing. So that you can begin to awaken to the wisdom of your own existence, your path, the effects of the transits, and how to track these changes within you. Get all the details about my Jyotish Basics classes here.

Because I bridge my Jyotish knowledge with the wisdom of the body, as well as the creative arts, I use the Jyotish chart a resource specifically to study the physical body and its myriad of expressions. My embodiment work is deeply intertwined with body part metaphors and the implications this has on our life experience. Therefor the connection one's chart has with specific body parts is of the utmost fascination and importance for me.

We can look at the body part connections within the chart from multiple lenses- whether it be through the houses, the planets or the nakshatras. To keep it simple, I'll share in this article the specific body parts that are connected to specific houses in the chart, as this is a wonderful first step for identification purposes.

We can then connect the houses of our own chart to our own specific body parts. If for example you are having hand pain, you would look to the third house to see what is effecting the "house of hands." There is also a natural connection to Gemini as well because Gemini correlates to the number three, or the third house. The body parts (and houses) also connect us to specific chakras as well. For now, let's just stick to the houses and their correlating body parts and keep it simple.

First House: Head and face
Second House: Throat, neck and mouth
Third House: Hands, arms and shoulders
Fourth House: Chest, heart, lungs, breasts
Fifth House: Upper stomach, solar plexus
Sixth House: Lower abdomen
Seventh House: Pelvic bowl and organs therein
Eighth House: Sexual organs, genitals, excretory organs
Ninth House: Legs but specifically thighs
Tenth House: Knees
Eleventh House: Calves, ankles
Twelfth House: Feet

My work specifically includes a synergy of Jyotish wisdom, embodiment tools and art therapy resources, so working with body parts specifically is highly useful for making diagnosis and prescriptions for my clients. Often we can get ample wisdom from the body itself, and then take that information back to the chart for deeper investigation. It's this cross checking that becomes a very potent healing and transformation tool.

To give you an example of this, I'll share a Creative Ritual here so you can get started with the self tracking process. We will be working directly with these tools in my Jyotish Basics Classes for Transformation and Healing. If you want to grow in the wisdom of your body and its cosmic intelligence, I strongly encourage you to join me for these Sunday classes. Register here.

It will also help if you have your own North Indian style chart to study. If you need a copy of your chart,
I offer this service here.

Self Tracking, Learning from the Wisdom of the Body

{Audio recording below}

We can analyze the experience of the house by noting:
What planets are sitting there, if any? What sign is located in this house? Do any planets give their drishti (gaze)? Finally, note the current transits and what planets might be effecting this house currently.

Your body is sharing with you a very specific message. This message is directly connected to your needs, your desires, your deep longing for nourishment, comfort, safety and support on some core level. When we can access the wisdom of the body directly, we get very clear, unfiltered messages and insights.
The cosmic intelligence of the jyotish chart can then help us further identify what is impacting us both macrocosmically and microcosmically. This is the vital information we need for deepening our healing and transformation process.

Who is She? Knowing Your Inner Goddess + Podcast

3/30/2016

Who is She?

She is wild, untamed and unpredictable.

She is your divine, feminine wisdom.

Your emotional body. Your intuitive guidance and creative intelligence.

She is your inner Moon.

She rules receptivity and She will determine your feelings of nourishment in life.

Know Her and know your divinity. Understand Her wisdom and become the magic of life!

But how do you know if you're in right-relationship with Her? With your Divine Feminine Self?

The truth is, most humans are in some state of conflict with various parts of themselves, especially their inner feminine wisdom.

Here are some signs you might be in conflict with Her:

- Confusion about choices, answers or solutions.

- In a state of chaos or overwhelm.

- Over stimulation or over activity causing heightened stress in the four bodies.

- Excess emotion, extreme emotional sensitivity.

- Living in black and white with no space for the unknown.

- Taking in too much, overly receptive- resulting in depletion of one or more of your bodies.

- Challenges and obstacles with all things Venus and Moon (Money, food, comforts, relationships, creativity, flow, emotions, health, vitality, female organs).

- Lack of ideas, creative activation, not feeling excited or passionate about life.

- Little to no intuitive awareness or wisdom.

- Problems with your mother, female figures or female relationships.

- Resistance to pleasure, joy, abundance, flow, creative intelligence.

If you answered yes to one or more of these signs, you are likely in conflict with your inner feminine wisdom- on some level of your being.

Often these vows are taken at a very young age. Later on in life, the suppression of your divine feminine wisdom will result in systemic issues on some level of your being.

This is not unusual since the Western-centric culture is predominantly rooted in the masculine energy of product instead of process, external focus rather than internal focus.

The feminine is more responsive, receptive and therefore in tune with process, flow and surrender.

In truth, we need balance between both the masculine and feminine energy within, but so often there is a conflict keeping us from experiencing this inner harmony.

When the issues with your feminine wisdom come to the surface of your awareness, when they become conscious, they can be identified and confronted. This usually arrives as some challenge, obstacle or conflict within you- or with another person.

Are you experiencing an inner conflict?

Part of you desires surrender, but the rest of you is terrified of letting go.

You tell yourself you should slow down and listen, but you keep pushing past the signals anyway. Maybe you don't hear the signals at all.

Often there's a terror about "losing control" or being in the unknown, the grey territory of life.

You are afraid of vulnerability and see the receptive, the feminine, as weak.

Resistance to change or receiving support.

This conflict with your feminine wisdom is keeping you from feeling deeper nourishment and harmony within you and your life.

The truth is, it's a very old story.

If you're ready to re-write this story, reclaim your divine feminine wisdom, follow along with me in the coming days.

I will be sharing some potent resources to help you connect with your Divine Feminine wisdom, your inner goddess.

Join me for a *free* New Moon + Navaratri class this Sunday. Deepen your relationship with your inner goddess and release the past cycle more fully.

As I shared in my last newsletter, suppressing my wild, creative wisdom has cost me dearly.

Touching Her wisdom within me these past few weeks, jolted me back to life and helped me gain clarity about my next offering.

As a result of this clarity, I won't be offering any new Jyotish Basics Classes this year.

But something even more potent has been created!

Goddess Integration Tapping Meditation

To support your inner growth and integration process, I've created a tapping meditation for you. This particular process will support the current transits as well as the harmonizing of masculine and feminine energies within you. Use it as a resource for stepping into your healing and transformation process.

In the podcast below, I share a tapping (EFT) sequence with you that will guide you through transforming and releasing the old stories and invite in more receptivity. Remember, we start with identifying the challenges, then moving into possibility and desires in order to transform our shadow into light.

Use this podcast as you tap through these points:

Karate chop point (side of the hand).
Crown of the head.
Eyebrow point (above the eye).
Side of the eye.
Under the eye.
Under the nose.
Chin point (crease of the chin).
Throat point (collar bone/throat chakra).
Heart point (center of chest).
Stomach point (above the navel).
Side body (nipple line at side of chest).

Tap six to ten times on each point and just keep cycling through the points. Repeat the phrases I use aloud. Notice any thoughts, stories, memories or emotions that emerge as you tap. These are important pieces to return to, do more tapping on, as a way to clear blockages. As always, if the words I use don't work for you, change them to support your process more fully.

Share your experiences below! What emerged for you in this process? Excited to hear from you!

* One of my favorite things to do is hike in the woods. Often I tap and walk. This is a recording I made on one such hike. It was windy and snowy, so you'll here the elements along the way!

Ready to take your inner growth to the next level and deepen your relationship with your inner feminine wisdom?
