Our weekly group rituals are a place to clear, clean and release your emotions, while also deepening your connection to body, heart and spirit. The work we do will be centered around two tenants: movement and grounding. This will support a deeper integration within, while also helping you release grief and create greater resiliency and stability.
This process is about creating deeper balance and harmony within your polarities. Nature expresses herself through destruction, sustaining and creating. Grief and life dance so intimately with these cycles of natural change. Our work together will support your transformation process, helping you integrate challenges as well as awaken resources and greater nourishment.

In fact, resisting and repressing feeling your emotions around loss, is one of the most harmful things you can do to yourself. Undigested grief will manifest as dis-ease on some level of your life later down the road..

What Makes This Course So Unique:
I know of no other grief course that combines complete Vedic wisdom, embodiment, somatics, expressive art therapy, coaching, and the Emotional Freedom Technique. Using a complete tool kit and Vedic resources such as yoga, Ayurveda, Jyotish Astrology, and the wisdom of the Divine Feminine, this course is rooted in holistic, ancient resources, ritual and the wisdom of Nature. Our work together will honor and support all four levels of your being- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual- in order for whole body integration and transformation. The addition of creative and expressive arts based modalities supports your life force energy, awakening, resiliency and thriving- in order for a complete metamorphosis, inside and out. My work is deeply influenced by nature and Spirit, the ancestors and my guides. More than a grief course, I feel our work is a nine month grief ritual that will support community and tribal healing- for ourselves, our families and our world family. I am committed to the tenants of authenticity, compassion, non-judgment and loving kindness, as well as presence and honoring the wisdom of the body. This course is about fully showing up and honoring what arrives. This course is not about jumping over the pain of your grief or rushing into joy. Who Is This Course For?
This journey is for individuals who are ready to change the way they work with pain, grief and trauma. This course is about allowing grief to move out and through you, so that there's more space for joy, playfulness and pleasure in your life. Everyone has grief. Everyone has experienced loss on some level of life. Loss is an intimate part of life and it influences the natural cycles and rhythms of existence. The cycles of destruction, sustaining and creating are an intimate part of our human experience and mirror Nature's wisdom. If you are wanting a deeper connection to Nature and her wisdom, as well as a more nourishing relationship with creating and sustaining after loss, this course is for you.
The work we do together will support your healing and transformation process as well as your life and inner light. It also requires that you show up with willingness to do the work. Grief work is not necessarily easy, but the rewards are infinitely more satisfying than resisting and avoiding your emotions. This course will require that you show up for your pain and attend to it with resources, support, guidance and honesty.
This course is not for you if you'd rather stay in victim, denial, resistance or avoidance of your grief.

What happens if I miss a class?
It's totally fine to miss a class here and there. Hopefully you can join as many live classes as possible to get the group support you need. There will be a designated class web page where all class recordings will be posted in case you miss a class. You also have the private FB group to connect, share and support each other outside of class.

This is not a container to change the experience of your loss, but rather provide you with consistent holding and tools to navigate the choppy waters and grief journey.

November: Building a Relationship With Your Emotional Body. Learn why your emotions are a gift and how to build a foundation within- for greater strength and resiliency. Finding your safe container. Beginning your grief portrait.
December: Discovering the Wisdom of Your Grief. Learn the deeper meaning of your personal grief journey. What is it here to teach you? Using the jyotish chart to unlock the messages of your grief, trauma and ancestral karma. Begin layer 2 of your grief portrait.
January: Deepen Your Relationship With Ritual and the Ancestors. Gather resources and support for deepening your spiritual body relationship with the ancestors through Nature, omens/messages, inner resourcing and ritual. Begin layer 3 of your grief portrait.
February: Healing the Disconnection Within. Identify your systemic, ancestral disconnection. Where are you resisting, avoiding and disconnecting? How to make sure you're not by-passing your grief, including spiritual bypassing. Begin Layer 4 of your grief portrait.
