60 Minute Focus Sessions are beneficial for tracking progress monthly and for addressing multiple issues simultaneously. In a longer session we can address multiple needs, concerns and issues, look at your long term objectives and goals with a wider lens and create sustained momentum for your personal process. 60 minute Focus Sessions offer a mid range lens that allows focus and the ability to look at longer range goals and objectives simultaneously. If this is your first session, there will be a focus on your jyotish chart. Ongoing sessions will include more resourcing, harvesting and support from my multi-modal process.
