Important Guidelines and Reminders

- Join the FB group to stay connected, share and be witnessed. JOIN US HERE

- The class calendar will be sent out each month to remind you of our class times. Mark your calendar! Please be live for at minimum three classes per month.

- We meet via Zoom for all Circle and Ritual classes. A reminder with zoom link will be sent via email prior to our meeting.

- Please remember group guidelines during our online Dharma Circle classes and within the FB group. (Posted below).

- Dharma Circle class recordings will be posted on the recording page after our classes. See below for link.

- Feeling stuck, confused, or challenged with the course materials or your process? Reach out to me: [email protected]

- I highly recommend that you have at least one therapist on your team of support during this process. If I feel that you could benefit from more therapeutic support, I will recommend that you add additional support to your team.

- Because the resources available in this course are vast and plentiful, I suggest you pick one theme monthly to focus on. Keep it simple and do not get overwhelmed. Pick a lane and stay there until you feel complete, then move on.

How to Maximize Your Process:
Come to live Circles every week. Pick one area of focus for your path via the Self Study resources and dive in! Use one resource from the Self Study library each week and share your process in the FB group. Post and share your challenges and resources in the private FB group as you grow. If you notice you are not showing up, ask for help.

Dharma Circle Mentorship Reminders:

In order to maintain the sacred container, please adhere to these agreements while enrolled in this process.

- Offer your presence, without judgment, criticism or blame- to self and others.

- Compassion is key- for your own process and others in the group.

- This is a self-paced, self-directed process. Be responsible for your results. Take agency and show up for your visions and goals.

- Own your goals and your challenges. If you notice yourself not fully activating your desires, what do you need to shift, change, or honor in order to re-align?

- Inevitably challenges will arrive during this process. Commit to showing up anyway and come back to your vision.

- Be on top of your mental body. It is called the imaginal body for a reason!

- Respect others and their needs, even if they are not your own.

- Take what works for you from our resources, classes, and guidance, and leave what does not work for you.

- Adhere to the Non-Violent Communication Skills Model as a guideline for all forms of group dialogue. This means using "I statements" and staying close to your own personal experiences rather than projecting.

- No cross talk. No giving advice or suggestions. Just listen and offer your presence. If you choose to share, please refer to the Communication Skills Model as a guideline.

- Seek Consent. Ask for permission and don't make assumptions. We don't know what might overwhelm or trigger someone, so ask for consent before doing individual processing with another member (such as through a direct message or email). We also ask for consent to share original content (ex. a poem someone has written) outside of the community.

- Bring your needs and concerns to me or Payal first.

- If you are lost, struggling or feeling behind, reach out for support.

- Watch for the critic- towards your self and others. What does it need from you? Why is it showing up?

- Give yourself and others patience, kindness and honor differences in paths, needs and bodies.

- Show up for yourself and others with integrity and kindness.

- Nothing shared within the group container will be shared outside of our group.
Current and past group members must adhere to this- on all platforms.

- Respect privacy needs and differences with body choices- including any and all COVID related issues.

- Please do NOT post or share advertisements, classes, promotions etc. in our online group space without my permission.

- Please do NOT share any of our Dharma Mentorship resources or tools publicly without permission. Class recordings and all resources within this group container are private and for Mentorship clients only.

- Enjoy the journey, lighten up and try not to get too serious!

EFT Tapping Sequence Support
+ Five Part Process:

1) Do a four level check-in to identify what is coming up for you on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body levels. Notice on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 being the least strong, 10 being the most intense) how intense are the feelings coming up?

2) Identify/Confront: Tap on the EFT points as you say aloud what is happening for you on the mental, emotional and physical body levels. Or simply "tap and rant" your intense emotions. Be aware of thoughts and images that arrive as these are messages and clues that can be layered into your tapping process. These are often very potent resources and clues for deeper inquiry. 5 to 10 minutes or as necessary.

EXAMPLE: "I feel so much confusion right now. I don't know how to move forward. Nothing is working. Life is chaotic. I am so angry right now!"

3) Change: Start to change your wording. Use words that add opening, change, possibility and hope. 5+ minutes.

EXAMPLE: "Even though I feel really lost right now, I am open to the possibility of answers arriving."

"It may be possible for this to change and I am open to seeing how."

"I have seen support show up in my life before and have had experiences that remind me it's possible. Maybe it is possible again."

As you add the change sequences, pay very close attention to how "true" it feels to you. If there is any doubt or if thoughts arrive which negate these statements, you must go back to the Identify/Confront process.

4) Release/Growth: The final part of the tapping allows the release and growth to occur. You should notice a new ease, acceptance or a sense of opening, hope and possibility. Often a new determination to take some sort of action step arrives. These can be resources for your tapping phrases as well.

Don't go into the change/release portion until you have fully worked the previous steps, otherwise it won't feel true on the mental, emotional and physical body levels. Since these are positive phrases, we want to make sure we aren't "cutting and pasting" over our negative experiences but actually honoring both- positive and negative. 5+ minutes.

EXAMPLE: "I am now ready and open to accepting more support and resources into my life."

"I am open to miracles showing up and being receptive to all the ways the universe provides for me."

"Life is abundant and fulfilling and I am now ready to step into my own abundance and creativity in new ways."

5) Notice now on a scale from 1 to 10 how strong are the feelings now?
Notice if your numbers have come down and if there's been a shift. This is an excellent time to do another four level check in and then harvest your experiences with a drawing, some movement and/or some writing. The harvesting process can help to deepen the sense of nourishment and also cultivate a deeper relationship with it.

Course Policies: I do not offer returns or refunds on products and services. I consider payment an agreement between two people that sets an intention for mutual growth. Please commit to your self development and show up for classes and sessions, use the resources and honor your path. By showing up for classes, you are showing up for yourself. I welcome your feedback and I'm here to support your journey!

This process does not take the place of therapeutic support from a licensed therapist. Rather this process can enhance and support the work you are already doing with your therapist or become a supplement. I may recommend you seek the ongoing support of a licensed therapist if I think you need this extra holding and resourcing.
