"You will find peace not by trying to escape your problems, but by confronting them courageously." ~ J. Donald Walters As you've been following along with my Dharma Awakening Series, you've been slowly building awareness about your life path and purpose with my special resources and steps. So far, I've shared multiple concrete steps to help you identify your passions, gifts and purpose. You've looked at your jyotish chart and the 9th house of dharma for clues. You've written down your joys and what you wish you were doing every day. You have also identified family patterns- both gifts and challenges. In the previous step, you identified emotional challenges and parts of your story that are hindering your ability to move forward. I shared a creative ritual to help you move, change and transform the feelings on a deep level. By now, I hope you can see that following my Dharma Awakening Series is in many ways a special workshop offering for you. Free guidance and support that I really can't give you in just one personal session with me. There's too much to share! I know so many of you are struggling with your life path and dharma. It's excruciating, unbearable and so confusing! The intention of this Dharma Awakening Series is to support your journey and give you solid resources, as well as step by step guidance for working through your dharmic confusion and setbacks. Remember, your struggles, pains and challenges are hiding your potent and powerful dharmic gifts. I want you to see them that way- just like I do. The work with our struggles and obstacles is ongoing. And it continues even when we step onto our dharmic path. Our shadows, demons and suffering, can really be the nudge we need to take courageous steps forward and we can use the tough stuff we encounter to awaken and gain new wisdom. Truth be told, we will have to confront challenging parts of ourselves over and over again. But if we know how to powerfully work with our challenges and use them to change, we can also transform and heal them. This process of confront and release, helps us awaken to the gifts hidden in the struggle. This process has been a huge part of my own story and continues to be. It is especially vital for those who are on a healers path. My favorite resource for fast emotional change is the Emotional Freedom Technique. There's a lot of research available that shares the benefits. I like it because it removes energetic blockages quickly, while using the focus of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help us re-pattern the mind. It also can help us deepen embodiment, somatic awareness and physical body awareness. I've created a podcast that will help you transform and change your emotional blockages quickly and powerfully. This step is another potent resource for changing obstacles and challenges into hope, possibility and potential. You will identify and confrontation of your challenges, then transform them into change, release and growth through EFT. The tapping rounds will bring you some new clarity and awareness. Pay attention to any awakenings that come through this process! By the way, I'm so proud of you for taking these action steps and for affirming your dharma! This is truly brave of you! Very few are willing to do the work that it takes to change their life and increase dharmic awareness. I know that this is a challenging time because of the eclipses, so make the most of your struggles and shadows right now when they are strong and shouting at you!
